This is so true - there's no 1 way fits all road to health but it's a personal and continuous exploration of what works for you in certain times of your life. I had to question everything I knew about my mind and body once the menopause started.

What is healthy? I'd say any food that nourishes your body without increasing risk of ill-health. Junk food, high carbs / sugar etc. tends to cause sluggishness and can affect mood. 

Vegetables, salads, fish, chicken, some red meat, all good for the mood and the heart, and other organs.
