Virtual Sangha: Weekly Guided Mindfulness Meditation

We meet for an hour via Zoom in a small group of 9 participants max.
The first 5 - 10 minutes are a quick introduction to the meditation, followed by 30 min of guided meditation. The remaining time we'll have an open sharing and reflection circle.
We will do mindfulness meditations used in MBSR. For example:
