	I've been friends with someone for over 11 years. We were housemates at college and ended up living within 45 mins of each other for 9 years after graduation and met up every few months. When we were both married we would meet up as a couple a few times a year around 3 or 4. A few years ago they moved slightly further away and the distance is now probably double what it was. However, we continued to meet up a few times a year half way. When we had our first child the distance was still 45mins and they were great really supportive. They met with us several times when he was small till the age of about 18months even when they moved.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Things got a bit odd about a year ago, despite finishing renovating their house we have never received a invite, where others have, which  feels odd as we used to meet at each others houses alot. When we had a late baptism for our child (pandemic) when he was two, only my friend showed up with a excuse from his partner. Since then everytime we have mentioned meeting as a 4 (plus our toddler) we have been ghosted. No response. You wait few weeks or a month, send a message asking 'how there doing' or sharing news, and not mentioning dates to meet, and a reply comes through within the day, you can go a few weeks doing that with no issues and then as soon as you mention dates. Ghosted. This hurts slightly more as we recently had out second child, despite invites and indicating they'd like to come see him, they have made 0 effort to be there for us or meet the child outside of messages.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	I've met up with my friend a few times this year just us and it's been fine - a few weeks back I suggested (having not done so for around 10 weeks) all 4 of us meeting or, if they were two busy for that, just him and me and again ghosted. It's been 4 months since I've seen him now. Yesterday, same thing, message a 'how are you?' and by the evening a long reply apologizing for being bad at replying due to busyness / other stresses in life - no mention of meeting. Yet in the message they happily told me how they were meeting up with a mutual friend, on way back from somewhere, and had others friends round there house recently. They seem oblivious to what there doing, but, then, I think; how can you be? What has changed? Has your partner decided we're not worth the effort, and, if so, I'd wish you'd just say!
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	I really don't know what to do. I don't want to lose my friend of 11 years, but also really don't like their habit of ghosting me for wanting to arrange meeting up!  I feel pretty hurt they don't want to meet my newest child despite indicating they would. Part of me wants to just say "what gives" or "have we done something" but I honestly don't know where we'd end up if I did and that's scary.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Currently, I've not replied as I don't know what to say which is unlike me, I'm the reply within a day kinda person.

	<span style="background-color:#ebebeb;color:#000000;font-size:16px;">Most people have heard that you can die of grief. But how? Yes, you breathe, and your heart beats, because you want to live. It's not like it's an automatic brain-function. That is why you can also control your breathing, because you do it because you want to live. So, say you lose someone you love then, and lose the will to live, then the heart would have stopped. I don't know if this has actually happened then, but since the heart beats, and you breathe, because you want to live, then that is the theory, possible. The soul is in the brain-stem, not the brain, so it is controlled from there. I think it is possible then, to just lose the will to live, completely. Have you been with someone for maybe 50 years, and that's all for the person, so why not?</span>

</p>

<p>
	I have found out recently that I am pregnant. I told my friend I cannot come to your father's funeral I said the reason was money. I didn't tell her the truth that its actually pregnancy related. But she knows that I am pregnant. She also sends me a goodbye message saying she doesn't want to be friends with me anymore. I am really hurt I don't know what to do.  We were friends sinds we were 10 years old.  I cannot take this. What to do?

	Dear Fellows,
</p>

<p>
	I have a small request and a challenge for your creativity. My mother is celebrating her birthday really soon and I wanted to make a surprise for her by gathering all kinds of creative wishes from all over the world. She loves psychology, history, politics, and the coolest actors, TV shows about design. She is a Virgo and wants everything to be beautiful and clean. She loves to have a feeling of accomplishment, she admires all kinds of crafts and arts, she loves coffee and she is a primary teacher who teaches kids to work hard and think. It would be wonderful if you would like to spread positivity and make a person happy on their special day. Just write your first name or initials and what country you are from, make a wish, photograph it and pm it to me. If you want - you can make art as well. Thank you for your time and your kindness!
</p>

<p>
	Best, Svetla

	The first man, was in Africa, they lived in tribes, or as natives then, but man has a slightly capricious nature, they sin, so they were not satisfied with having everything, having the best that nature can offer, so they started to spread out, migrate to different parts of the world, all of them were black, and they first migrated to a place called Tanna, Vanuatu, what is now the Yakel village, they are still black and live as nature intended, nurturing the ties of each other and nature and the animals around them, they eat root vegetables, eggs, chicken, wild boar, yes whatever is around them, the wild boars are tame too, so it's just a small wound in the throat so they pass out and bleed to death, no pain, the meat from the wild boar is, some would say, around ten times better than the pig then, the pig is a result of us living in society instead, it eats everything like the wild boar, but has lost its fur, now the Yakel village is not perfect, they have started walking around with knives, and do not accept strangers who want to live there, but they still nurture bonds with each other and the nature and animals around them, and they dance and sing and clap their hands, not all of them are singers from nature, it depends a bit on the intelligence, if it is high enough then only the others do it,
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	man has always been a separate species, they do not come from monkeys, and the reason is quite simple then, we cannot mate with them since they are animals, and if a human child were suddenly born in a group of monkeys, it would probably get killed, we have a lot in common with animals, but that's only because it's logical design, we have similar traits because it's logical to have these traits, but what makes us human perhaps the most then, is intelligence, and then we became whiter and whiter in skin due to the fact that we live further north with less light and more in cabins (houses), man has never been able to settle down since they migrated from Africa, so there have been constant wars and new trends and societies until now, and religions, they seek a home but never quite find it, Jesus tried to make them feel better by forgiving them of their sins by dying for them, but they still feel rootless to a certain extent degree, now we are exploring space, so you can think that this is the last new society, new trend, since space exploration will always be, but you never know, maybe they get bored? Attaching a small picture of those in the Yakel village:

	There is a force in the universe that is active in us, and is a great resource in our quest for a animated life and a conscious world. this force exists and is with us — indeed, it is in us — making use of it hinges on a crucial factor: the nature of your mindset.
</p>

<p style="background-color:#ffffff;color:#242424;font-size:20px;">
	What’s Wrong with our Mindset?
</p>

<p style="background-color:#ffffff;color:#242424;font-size:20px;">
	Mindset, This is an embracing concept — it does not stand for a rigorously scientific view, nor does it stand for a purely fictional one. But it does stand for a view of the world that people can recognize as their own. This is an embracing view, encompassing the whole gamut of values and feelings associated with one’s beliefs and convictions regarding the nature of the world. In the current scientific literature, there is a more rigorous but also more limited concept: this is “paradigm.” Originally developed by philosopher of science Thomas Kuhn to describe the fundamental changes in physics wrought by the shift from the Newtonian view of physical reality, to the Einsteinian relativistic view, in the course of the past decades the concept of paradigm has acquired a wider meaning. It extends from the concept of physical reality to a general concept of what we hold to be the nature of reality. We can speak of a materialistic paradigm, a vitalistic paradigm, a classical Newtonian paradigm, or a new quantum-science paradigm. Whether we give it thought or not, we all hold some variety of paradigm, even if it is not consciously recognized and articulated. This is also true of the concept of “mindset.” We all dispose of some variety of mindset, and that mindset is active and influential for us whether we recognize it or not.
</p>

<p style="background-color:#ffffff;color:#242424;font-size:20px;">
	There is something fundamentally wrong with the mindset of most people in the modern world. That mindset is antiquated and misleading. People holding it are focused on acquiring material goods and fostering their own wealth, power and influence. They adopt a wasteful and often ostentatious lifestyle. They think that individuals have little or no influence on the way the world is going, and so there is no real need for individuals to feel responsible for the way the world is actually going. Life is a struggle for survival, where the fittest survives. Popular wisdom such as “make the most of your opportunities and never mind what comes after you — you only go around once” and “the world out there is a jungle, so take care of your own interests, because nobody else will care for it” are fairly typical examples. This is how the mind of the typical modern person is set to perceive the world. The values and behaviors inspired by the modern mindset have led to critical conditions in our social, economic, and ecological systems. They have fractured the integrity of the human community, dividing it into we and others, drawing the line in reference to common interests, or competing and perhaps opposing interests. This creates competition and conflict, and gives rise to violence. It leads to an unsustainable world. If we the modern mindset doesn’t change and evolve, we endanger not just our own well-being, but the survival of our species, but also we endanger the survival of all beings on planet earth.
</p>

<p style="background-color:#ffffff;color:#242424;font-size:20px;">
	How to Change Your Mindset — Start with yourself.<br /><br />
	But how do you go about it? The first step is to ask yourself some fundamental questions. How do you relate to people, society, and nature around you? Are you part of them, or are you outside and perhaps above them? The honest answer you give, testifies to the nature of your mindset. Adopting an up-to-date mindset is not a quixotic endeavor: The shift from competition to reconciliation and partnership: a change from relationships, organizational models, and societal strategies based on competition to relationships and models based on principles of healing, reconciliation, forgiveness, and male–female partnership. The shift from greed and scarcity to sufficiency and caring: a change in values, perspectives, and approaches from the traditional self-centered and greedy mode toward a sense of the sufficient and the interpers onal concern of caring. The shift from outer to inner authority: a change from reliance on outer sources of “authority” to inner sources of “knowing.” The shift from separation to wholeness: a recognition of the wholeness and interconnectedness of all aspects of reality. The shift from mechanistic to living systems: a shift of attention from models of organizations based on mechanistic systems to perspectives and approaches rooted in the principles that inform the world of the living. The shift from organizational fragmentation to coherent integration: a shift from disintegrative, fragmented organizations with parts set against each other to goals and structures integrated, so they serve both those who participate in the organizations and those around them.

	Hi Guys, so I’m going on a yr with this guy. I left once after 2 months because I had a mental breakdown and needed to get myself back together.( he put it in my head that I didn’t need my meds anymore and well all on me I tried to go off them. Never doing that again) we got back together after a month and are coming up to a yr. However about a month ago we broke up because he got very angry when I said I was considering going out on a fishing boat with a friend.( yes this friend I met on a dating app but nothing became of it other then we have a friend who we can talk about things with and count on if ever needed help. Now my guy has the same situation with a female friend and they text every day. He wants me to never talk to my friend again but it’s ok for him to talk with his friend. I have met her she is a great person I trust him but I hate that I sleep with him and every morning there she is on text before he even rolls over to say good morning.  His answer is she is all I have. If you leave I have nobody else, no friends family to rely on if something were to happen. she will always be there.   It makes me pull away every time I see her text come through or comment on his posts on social media.  He is great is the first man to ever make me feel comfortable in my own skin and beautiful at the age of 52. Years . I mean I don’t mind her being a friend but don’t visit her without me and no need to text every day that to me is more than friends. Even though he isn’t attracted to her she is in love with him ( she is also in a relationship at the moment but would drop him if she thought she could have my guy).  Advise on how to handle this. I love him and would love to move in with him but how can I agree to that with this issue?

<p>
	<span style="background-color:#ffffff;color:#1d1d1d;font-size:15px;">Hey,<span> </span></span><br style="color:#1d1d1d;font-size:15px;" /><br style="color:#1d1d1d;font-size:15px;" /><span style="background-color:#ffffff;color:#1d1d1d;font-size:15px;">I wanted to share my current situation and maybe get some advise if you experienced same things.<span> </span></span><br style="color:#1d1d1d;font-size:15px;" /><span style="background-color:#ffffff;color:#1d1d1d;font-size:15px;">The thing is I met a new guy (everything is in the beginning state yet) and he's extremely kind and lovely to me. He ask me like thousand times if everything is alright, if I'm feeling comfortable and stuff when we're together and that's really kind and thoughtful.<span> </span></span><br style="color:#1d1d1d;font-size:15px;" /><span style="background-color:#ffffff;color:#1d1d1d;font-size:15px;">But I experienced in my past a lot of abusive behavior (mostly emotional) from men I was dating and also been diagnosed with bpd a long time ago (but I found a good way to deal with it and I am stable).<span> </span></span><br style="color:#1d1d1d;font-size:15px;" /><span style="background-color:#ffffff;color:#1d1d1d;font-size:15px;">I find myself now in a state where I can't enjoy all the kind things this new guy is doing to me/ saying to me because I'm scared he'll hurt me too, like everyone before.<span> </span></span><br style="color:#1d1d1d;font-size:15px;" /><span style="background-color:#ffffff;color:#1d1d1d;font-size:15px;">The worst thing is that I feel deep down inside the urge to hurt him or play games with him, because I can't handle all the cute lovely stuff from him and it's making me feel so bad. I don't want to feel like this and I don't want to hurt him, because he don't deserve it.<span> </span></span><br style="color:#1d1d1d;font-size:15px;" /><span style="background-color:#ffffff;color:#1d1d1d;font-size:15px;">I feel like I experienced so much pain and hurtful stuff in my past, that I'm not used to this kind behavior and this urge tells me I have to ruin it because I'm used to toxic relationships.<span> </span></span><br style="color:#1d1d1d;font-size:15px;" /><br style="color:#1d1d1d;font-size:15px;" /><span style="background-color:#ffffff;color:#1d1d1d;font-size:15px;">I don't know how to put these thoughts away and just enjoy these new lovely feelings.<span> </span></span><br style="color:#1d1d1d;font-size:15px;" /><span style="background-color:#ffffff;color:#1d1d1d;font-size:15px;">Do you have any ideas how to deal with it?<span> </span></span><br style="color:#1d1d1d;font-size:15px;" /><span style="background-color:#ffffff;color:#1d1d1d;font-size:15px;">I'm very thankful for every respond!<span> </span></span>

	Hey everybody! I wanted to share a cool online cohort-based meditation series exploring the <strong>themes of relationships, livelihood and money</strong> in the context of mindfulness and Buddhism. It is an 8-week series starting next Sunday! There are some really amazing meditation teachers involved such as Chan Master Guo Gu.

	I am on holiday with my boyfriend of 5 years.
</p>

<p>
	We have both put weight on and he keeps standing infront of the full length mirror saying how fat he is, look at his belly etc. (He hasn't got a full length mirror so said he didn't realise he was that big, but we both know there's no problems with attraction to each other)
</p>

<p>
	We came back from the pool and took our swimwear off. He sat on the bed naked, in front of the mirror and i took the first shower. While I was in the shower he took a photo of himself in the mirror and sent it to me. The photo was unflattering and in the position he would normally sit on the bed so at first I thought it was probably him making a joke out of the mirror but Because he doesn't normally send photos like that I was worried it was meant for someone else.
</p>

<p>
	I asked him why he sent it and he laughed and said 'have you seen how fat I am?' Then I asked if it was meant for me and he said 'yeah course it is'. He didn't seem phased or uncomfortable in his response. We argued about it and he said it was meant be a funny joke (we both joke at ourselves a lot and the mirror had been a focal point this holiday) he can't believe I'd think it was for another woman and sees it as a totally innocent joke that I'm over reacting too. He let me look at his texts, apps, contacts etc and there is nothing there to indicate cheating, and nothing else in our relationship to indicate cheating.
</p>

<p>
	I think a potential trigger is my ex cheating on me- once he sent me a nude (when he didn't normally) and talked his way out of it- I later found it was sent to multiple women.
</p>

<p>
	So now I'm worried my current boyfriend accidentally sent me a photo meant for another woman. But I can also see that there could be a valid innocent explanation now, as the context is OK (standing infront of mirror laughing at fat belly and he had valid reason be naked, plus the photo was unflattering) and his reaction when I asked him was totally relaxed and normal.
</p>

<p>
	Am I blowing this out of proportion and making a problem that isn't there?
</p>
