Description

Join Lidiya for Acroyoga every Friday at Glow Yoga Barcelona. The class focuses on the foundations of Acroyoga to help you learn the proper techniques in a safe, supportive environment. Side effects include happiness, elevated mood, and desire to hug people ;-) Lidiya will provide easier variations for first-timers and more challenging variations for those with more experience. This class is perfect for first-timers and beginners of any shape and age!
Class is taught in English. Please wear comfortable clothes.
