For being mentally healthy we should stay away from negative people because whenever you facing a tough time they will always dissapoint you and push you away from solutions rather we should stick to positive people who shows you the beautiful side of the world and help you to be free of problems

This might be a friend or a family member. Or it could be reaching out to our mental health provider or a mental health professional who provide therapy to children, adult, or adolescents.
