Since professional elderly care is pretty expensive, some people can't afford it, so there are not much more options but a family member doing it in addition to his/her job, sacrificing time day and night to get it done. So these family members can't really live their own lifes and they suffer to exhaustion and beyond, because to them the unthinkable alternative would be to let their elderlies die excruciatingly. I really respect these family members caring about their elderlies, but their mental and physical health is suffering a lot. So do you know, how they can be helped?
