  1. What is Food Yoga Food Yoga is defined as, “a discipline that honours all spiritual paths by embracing their core teaching – that food in its most pure form is divine and, therefore, an excellent medium for expressing our unconditional love and purifying our consciousness. “ Food is an integral part of live, it is the first and foremost essential things that helps to sustain life. One can use food as a tool to achieve progress spiritually - maintaining healthy and pure eating habit is a key to successful spiritual life. Food Yoga is all about employing as much techniques possible to make your food pure and healthy and more than that, divine. Food and God In Hindu religion, the practice of offering food to God is very common. The food that is offered to God is referred as, ‘Naivedhya’. The naivedhya is prepared using pure ingredients and are cooked by trained cooks. The naivedhya offering is not same for all the gods, they differ from deity to deity. 2. I've been seeing and hearing the term "conscious living" wherever I turn lately, but what does it really mean? Is it the same as mindful living? Is it the truth of being human? Does it mean waking up to our full potential and being aware of everything we consume with our energy and senses, and the effect that has on us? Or does it refer to "hippie" stuff like hugging trees and living in forests eating only what we salvage from the land? ? I think living consciously refers to many aspects of our daily lives that we can become more mindful of and educate ourselves on. Many books and articles communicate that when one lives a conscious life, we're more likely to be living a life of joy and happiness. I read a great article by Vishnu that shares ways in which we can all start living more consciously and I found it to be super inspiring and a great starting point for adopting conscious practices into my daily life. Here are the main points to focus on: Ask yourself what you want. Do what makes you happy. Live in alignment with your truth. Accept yourself for who you are. Do work that's in tune with your being. Ignore society's demands and 'guidance'. Spend wisely. Walk with courage. Say "no" more. Be picky. Go within. Let go. Treasure the moment. Practice daily acts of forgiveness. Focus on what you have. Give freely. Practice compassion. Capture the silence. Be observant of the ego. Be mindful of your words. Wash away anger with love. What does conscious living mean to you, and how do you practice it in your everyday life? Does anyone have tips to share for those who are new to it? Thank you.
  3. There is a force in the universe that is active in us, and is a great resource in our quest for a animated life and a conscious world. this force exists and is with us — indeed, it is in us — making use of it hinges on a crucial factor: the nature of your mindset. What’s Wrong with our Mindset? Mindset, This is an embracing concept — it does not stand for a rigorously scientific view, nor does it stand for a purely fictional one. But it does stand for a view of the world that people can recognize as their own. This is an embracing view, encompassing the whole gamut of values and feelings associated with one’s beliefs and convictions regarding the nature of the world. In the current scientific literature, there is a more rigorous but also more limited concept: this is “paradigm.” Originally developed by philosopher of science Thomas Kuhn to describe the fundamental changes in physics wrought by the shift from the Newtonian view of physical reality, to the Einsteinian relativistic view, in the course of the past decades the concept of paradigm has acquired a wider meaning. It extends from the concept of physical reality to a general concept of what we hold to be the nature of reality. We can speak of a materialistic paradigm, a vitalistic paradigm, a classical Newtonian paradigm, or a new quantum-science paradigm. Whether we give it thought or not, we all hold some variety of paradigm, even if it is not consciously recognized and articulated. This is also true of the concept of “mindset.” We all dispose of some variety of mindset, and that mindset is active and influential for us whether we recognize it or not. There is something fundamentally wrong with the mindset of most people in the modern world. That mindset is antiquated and misleading. People holding it are focused on acquiring material goods and fostering their own wealth, power and influence. They adopt a wasteful and often ostentatious lifestyle. They think that individuals have little or no influence on the way the world is going, and so there is no real need for individuals to feel responsible for the way the world is actually going. Life is a struggle for survival, where the fittest survives. Popular wisdom such as “make the most of your opportunities and never mind what comes after you — you only go around once” and “the world out there is a jungle, so take care of your own interests, because nobody else will care for it” are fairly typical examples. This is how the mind of the typical modern person is set to perceive the world. The values and behaviors inspired by the modern mindset have led to critical conditions in our social, economic, and ecological systems. They have fractured the integrity of the human community, dividing it into we and others, drawing the line in reference to common interests, or competing and perhaps opposing interests. This creates competition and conflict, and gives rise to violence. It leads to an unsustainable world. If we the modern mindset doesn’t change and evolve, we endanger not just our own well-being, but the survival of our species, but also we endanger the survival of all beings on planet earth. How to Change Your Mindset — Start with yourself. But how do you go about it? The first step is to ask yourself some fundamental questions. How do you relate to people, society, and nature around you? Are you part of them, or are you outside and perhaps above them? The honest answer you give, testifies to the nature of your mindset. Adopting an up-to-date mindset is not a quixotic endeavor: The shift from competition to reconciliation and partnership: a change from relationships, organizational models, and societal strategies based on competition to relationships and models based on principles of healing, reconciliation, forgiveness, and male–female partnership. The shift from greed and scarcity to sufficiency and caring: a change in values, perspectives, and approaches from the traditional self-centered and greedy mode toward a sense of the sufficient and the interpers onal concern of caring. The shift from outer to inner authority: a change from reliance on outer sources of “authority” to inner sources of “knowing.” The shift from separation to wholeness: a recognition of the wholeness and interconnectedness of all aspects of reality. The shift from mechanistic to living systems: a shift of attention from models of organizations based on mechanistic systems to perspectives and approaches rooted in the principles that inform the world of the living. The shift from organizational fragmentation to coherent integration: a shift from disintegrative, fragmented organizations with parts set against each other to goals and structures integrated, so they serve both those who participate in the organizations and those around them.

  5. Hi, I am a 30-year-old with terrible dark circles under my eyes which developed during my long years of depression and psychological problems when I was going through an awful phase of my life after a breakup in a relationship. I am now in a better condition compared to before, but my dark circles are something that just doesn't seem to go away. And they are very deep and indeed make me look horrible. I feel ashamed to go out and it makes me already very self-conscious. Not to mention that I also have a lot of wrinkles under my eye, way more than what a normal 30-year-old would have. However, I have kind of gotten into a habit of looking at myself in the mirror and it does not make me feel as bad as it used to do before. I am trying very hard to accept myself for how I look. I have a friend who is very good and supportive. But his dad almost always comments about my dark circles almost every day we get to meet over video calls. And it is not like advice or suggestion to improve my condition or any criticism. His comments are more of like - rude and offensive. He uses words like -"the dark circles make you look so ugly", "your whole personality is getting destroyed because of your hideous dark circles", and "you will never make any impression with them on your face". Just 3 examples of what he really says when he talks about it. Like, whenever I hear him speak about my dark circles, I always feel so embarrassed, sad, upset and self-conscious. A few days ago, I had my first face-to-face interaction with him (my friend's dad), and all the time, he was so heavily judging me for my dark circles and saying rude things like that. That day I got so much hurt that I did something that I should not have done. I directly said to my friend about the whole conversation I had with his dad, and how bad I felt after the interaction with his dad, and shared every detail about our interaction. My friend instantly went into defensive mode and said that his dad was right, he is very good and can never do any wrong, and that I am overreacting. He did not believe that his dad told me those things. He also said that, even if his dad said those things, it is because "he considers me like his own son".... I did not really understand that. I mean, is it okay for a father to say those sentences to his own son? I did not say any more, because I got to understand that he is my friend's dad after all, and that is a different dynamic. But I ended the conversation by telling him to put himself in my shoes and just try to understand, and that I did not mean to hurt his feelings. I just wanted to open up with him about the situation otherwise it was making my heart very heavy. What he did instead is he started separating from me since that day, and that made me even more sad and depressed. Now I feel really bad. I feel kind of guilty to have opened up about this to my friend because I think this might have hurt our friendship to some extent. At the same time, I am very uncomfortable around his dad. How should I deal with the whole situation? I am just out of clues. I don't know what to do...
  6. The mystical Power of the mind for Wealth We know men and women who do not strive or slave hard but work a few hours a week and make fabulous sums of money. If you are having financial difficulties trying to make ends meet, it means you have not convinced your subconscious mind that you will always have plenty and some to spare. It’s high time we stopped believing the story that the only way we can become wealthy is by the sweat of our brow and hard labor. No it is not so; I think the effortless way of life is the best. We must start doing the thing we love to do and do it for the joy and thrill of it. I know many executives in the country who receives salary of hundreds of millions yearly going on month cruise seeing the world and its beauty spots. Privileged, one in our discussions said to me that he had succeeded in convincing his subconscious mind and that he is worth that much money due to tapping the treasure house of his mindset. He told me that many men in his organization getting about hundreds of thousands a week knows more about the business than he did and could manage it better, but they had no ambition, no creative ideas and are not interested in the wonders of their subconscious mind. Wealth is of the mind Wealth we now know is simply a subconscious conviction on the part of the individual. We absolutely will not become mi-billionaires by saying “I am a mi-billionaire.” We must grow into a wealth consciousness by building into our mentality the idea of wealth and abundance. Our invisible means of support Noticeable is the trouble with most of us especially in the horns of Africa is that we have got no invisible means of support. When business falls away, the stock market drops, in other words, we lose our investments, we seem helpless. The reason for such insecurity is that we do not know how to tap the universal openings of our subconscious mind and we are unacquainted with the inexhaustible storehouse within us. Men with poverty type minds find themselves in poverty stricken conditions while others with minds filled with ideas of wealth are surrounded with everything they need. It’s all about the ideas you habit yourself with. It never is intended that man should lead a life of indigence. Yes you can have wealth, plenty to spare and everything you need. Your words have power to cleanse your mind of wrong ideas and to instill right ideas in their place. Ideal method building a wealth consciousness There is no conflict in the mind when we say, “Wealth.” Furthermore, the feeling of wealth will well up within us as we dwell on the idea of wealth. Perhaps you are saying as you read this chapter, “I need wealth, success and comfort.” This is what you do: Repeat to yourself couple times a day in belief and effort towards achieving what you desire, trusting in Divine powers, “Wealth, Success, comfort.” Acknowledge that these words have tremendous power and that they represent the inner power of the subconscious mind. Anchor your mind on this substantial power within you then conditions and circumstances corresponding to their nature and quality will be manifested in your life. Remember: you are not just saying, “I am wealthy,” rather, you are dwelling on real powers within you. The feeling of wealth, success and comfort produces results; keep this in mind at all times. Our subconscious mind is like a sort of universal financial institution that magnifies whatever we deposit or impress upon it whether it is the idea of wealth or of poverty, comfort or discomfort. We must choose wealth, success, comfort, love, etc. Why our affirmations for wealth fail Talking to many people whose usual complaint is, “I have said for months and years, ‘I am prosperous,’ and nothing ever happened.” Discovering that when we say “I am prosperous, wealthy well established or so,” still we feel within that we were lying to ourselves, we never deemed to exert efforts to work towards achieving our desire and if we did, neither did we exert patience. “I have affirmed all positive words until I am tired” these words a friend and colleague said me. “Things rather are getting worse. I knew when making the statement that it was obviously not true because there never was any aorta of hope.” His statements had already been rejected by the conscious mind coupled with reasons of not exercising some patience and belief, the very opposite of what he outwardly affirmed and claimed was made manifest. Our affirmation succeeds best when it is specific and when it does not produce a mental conflict or argument hence; the statements made by us make matters worse because we suggested our lack. Our subconscious accepts what we really feel to be true not just idle words or statements and the dominant idea or belief is always accepted. Avoid mental conflict Affirmation will not arouse any argument because it does not contradict your subconscious mind impression of financial lack so, making this practical statement frequently, particularly probably prior to sleep or hobby daily helps you think best “Lord I am prospered in all of my interests.” In one of the contracted business plans I suggested to this businessman whose sales and finances were very low and who was greatly worried choosing from alternatives a different line of business. To him I said “Get seated in your office after work or catch time to yourself in a very far isolated place, become quiet and repeat this statement in faith: “My sales are improving every day thanks to your will father.” This statement engaged the cooperation of the conscious and subconscious mind and awesome results followed. Don’t sign blank checks When we are full of fear about the future, we are also, directly writing a blank check and attracting negative conditions to ourselves. We sign blank checks when we make negative statements such as, “I will lose the house because of the mortgage,” “I won’t make it because I have no money,” etc. Our subconscious mind takes our fear and negative statement as our request and proceeds in its own way to bring obstacles, limitation, delays, and lack into our life. Our subconscious gives us compound interest The subconscious multiplies and magnifies whatever you deposit in it. Every morning as you awaken, deposit thoughts of prosperity, success, wealth and peace and dwell upon these concepts. Busy your mind with them as often as possible and these constructive thoughts will find their way as deposits in your subconscious mind and bring forth abundance and prosperity remember that to him that hath the feeling of wealth, more wealth shall be added but to him that hath the feeling of lack, more lack shall be added. Why nothing happened Still skeptical you are now as I can hear you saying, “Oh, I did that and nothing happened.” You got no results because you indulged in fear thoughts perhaps few minutes later and neutralized the good you had affirmed, equally not working to achieve what you affirmed with little to no patience. Now tell me: When you place a seed in the ground, do not dig it up? No. You let it take root and grow right? Suppose, for example, you are going to say, “I shall not be able to make that payment.” Before you get further than, “I shall,” stop the sentence and dwell on a constructive statement such as, “Thank you father for I am prospered in all my interest.” True source of wealth There are within the subconscious infinite number of ideas ready to flow into our conscious mind and appear as cash in our pocketbook in countless ways so, it is never short of ideas. This process continues to go on in our mind regardless of whether the stock market goes up or down in other words, whether our financial pocket drops in value. Our wealth is never truly dependent on bonds, stocks, or money in the bank because these are really only symbols necessary and useful, of course, but only symbols. The point I am embittered to emphasize on is that if you convince your subconscious mind that wealth is yours, and that it is always circulating in your life, you will always and inevitably have it regardless of the form it takes (lands, physical cash, businesses, cars, house, family, peace, comfort, etc. Trying to make ends meet and the real cause Most of people who claim that they are always trying to make ends meet seem to have a great struggle to meet their obligations. Have we listened to their conversation? In many instances their conversation runs along this vein; constantly are they condemning those who have succeeded in life and who have raised their heads above the crowd. Perhaps they are saying, “Oh! That fellow is ruthless and a crook.” You know why? This is why we lack; we condemn the things we so desire and want. The reason we speak critically of our more prosperous associates is because we are envious and covetous of their prosperity. The quickest way to cause wealth to take wings and fly away is to criticize and condemn others who have more wealth than us making our comfort zones more of centre for criticisms. A common stumbling block to wealth Envy is the one emotion and cause of the lack of wealth in the lives of many. Most people learn this the hard way. Example, if we see a competitor depositing large sums of money in the bank and we have only a meager amount to deposit, does it make us envious? The way to overcome this emotion is to say to ourselves, “Isn’t it wonderful! I rejoice in that man’s prosperity. I wish for him greater and greater wealth as I work and believe in God to making me attain his level” Entertaining envious thoughts is devastating because it places us in a very negative position therefore, wealth flows from us instead of to us. If we are ever annoyed or irritated by the prosperity of another, we must claim immediately that we truly wish for him greater wealth in every possible way. This will help neutralize the negative thoughts in our mind and cause an ever greater measure of wealth to flow to us by the law of our own subconscious mind backed by the omnipotent and present power of the heavenly throne. Rubbing out a great mental block to wealth When we are worried and critical about someone whom we claim is making money dishonestly, cease worrying about him. We know such a person is using the law of mind negatively; the law of mind takes care of him. Be careful not to criticize him for the reasons previously indicated. Remember the obstacle to wealth is in our own mind. We sure can destroy that mental block and that we may/should do by getting on mental good terms with everyone. Sleep and grow rich Lull yourself to sleep with the one word and imagination, “Wealth, prosperity, etc. then getting up and fighting to the realization of this desire” you will be amazed at the result. Your desire shall flow to you in avalanches of abundance. As you go to sleep at night, practice the following technique. Repeat the desired words quietly, easily and feelingly and doing this over just like a lullaby. This you will attest as a true example of the magical power of the subconscious mind. Serve yourself with the powers of your mind 1. Decide to be wealthy the easy way with the infallible aid of your subconscious mind. 2. Becoming the richest man in the graveyard is trying to accumulate wealth by the sweat of your brow and hard labor. You do not have to strive or slave hard. 3. Build into your mentality the idea of wealth, prosperity, etc as a subconscious conviction. 4. The trouble with most people is that they have no invisible means of support. 5. Repeat the desired words to yourself slowly and quietly couple times prior to sleep and hobby and your subconscious will bring results to pass in your experience. 6. Keep in mind at all times that the feeling of desire produces results. 7. The mind (conscious and subconscious) must agree. Your subconscious accepts what you really feel to be true. The dominant idea is always accepted by your subconscious mind. The dominant idea should be positivity, not negativity. 8. Overcome any mental conflict regarding wealth by affirming frequently. 9. Stop writing blank checks. Negative statements magnify and multiply your loss. 10. Deposit thoughts of prosperity, wealth and success in your subconscious mind and the latter will give you compound interest. 11. What you consciously affirm, you must not mentally deny a few moments later. This will neutralize the good you have affirmed. 12. Your true source of wealth consists of the ideas in your mind because you can have an idea worth mi-billions. Your subconscious will give you the idea you seek. Envy and jealousy are stumbling blocks to the flow of wealth. Rejoice in the prosperity of others. 13. The limitation or obstacle to wealth is in your own mind. Destroy it now by getting on good mental terms with everyone.
  7. In my Facebook account, there is an interesting number of people whom I consider really awake. To give an example, not including names (he knows I’m talking about him), I have a Mexican friend who lives in the USA, drives a truck across the country, has a heavy metal rock band (in my opinion one of the best I’ve heard in my life), he shares his life with a beautiful woman and has a handsome and intelligent son. In free time he reads and writes valuable texts on his Facebook page, he also writes lyrics for his songs and is likely to have a book published there. For ordinary people, Luis is a common man, I know he is not. Like him, there are many others. They do not harvest souls, they transmit light. The Buddha says: “They will embrace strange doctrines and behave like ordinary people, but they are the bodhisattvas of the Earth.” A few days ago, one of my readers wrote to another, referring to me: “He is completely trapped by the system, even a Texas ranger is created” (referring to a profile picture in which I appear in uniform) Well … first of all, I want to clarify that the category of “awake” corresponds only to people who, through meditation or other techniques, have managed to fuse their earthly soul with their incredible spirit and there is no way for an ordinary person to detect their state of life. On the other hand, a warrior of the light does not have to be one hundred percent awake, usually when he sends his message or when necessary, but is characterized by keeping his consciousness at a high level all the time. When I speak of consciousness I mean the functionality of the personal ego. On a third level are the “soul harvesters,” people who are seeking followers either because they serve archons (egrégores actually) or other soul harvesters. Its apparent function is to disseminate hidden knowledge and in fact transmit some, but rather they focus on using the energy of their followers to feed the egregor. The difference between the first two and the latter is LOVE. Then there are the common men, sheep, acorns, harvested, etc. I prefer to call them souls on the way to wake up. They are the majority of the world’s population, obviously. And they are the reason we are here. Having clarified this, I will answer my reader. You’re right, I was caught, digested, reprogrammed by the system … but it wasn’t when you detected it, it was when I was born. I arrived and entered a wheel called Samsara. Nor was it when I dedicated tens of years to teach esoteric knowledge and information that today exhibit as conspiranoic groups called or that help to wake up … Or when I was in theosophical, masonry or druid school … or in Buddhism … I repeat … was when I was born. From then on, I dedicated myself to my mission, which is not to hate our neighbor, but to share light with him. And if I have photos with a uniform, it’s because I make a living as a security officer in Texas (maybe it’s a ranger, after all), sorry for not choosing a more typical “awake” livelihood, such as leaving keep for parents or make a profit online. Friend Luis: think about it, maybe driving a truck is not a profession of awake … I know YouTube beasts that live on their video / radio programs and are exposed as great enlightened, but they are maintained by the government, by their parents or their wives and earn a few cents on the net to justify their intellectualism and conscious overcoming. I also write books … everyone knows, I published more than ten … I don’t earn any notable money with that, that’s why I’m a guard. What usually happens is that there is a part of network navigators who embrace seemingly esoteric ideologies, but that serve the egregor of neo-Nazism, as there are for evangelical, Christian, Islamist, Brahmanic religions, etc., and reach the belief that his theories about the defense of the main square, the sinister window, etc. They are really a path. And they are a path to hate. So, sorry I don’t keep writing, I have to wear a uniform to make a living.
  8. Music can have a profound effect on both the emotions and the body. Faster music can make you feel more alert and concentrate better. Upbeat music can make you feel more optimistic and positive about life. A slower tempo can quiet your mind and relax your muscles, making you feel soothed while releasing the stress of the day. Music is effective for relaxation and stress management. Research confirms these personal experiences with music. Current findings indicate that music around 60 beats per minute can cause the brain to synchronize with the beat causing alpha brainwaves (frequencies from 8 - 14 hertz or cycles per second). This alpha brainwave is what is present when we are relaxed and conscious. To induce sleep (a delta brainwave of 5 hertz), a person may need to devote at least 45 minutes, in a relaxed position, listening to calming music. https://youtu.be/xeHjonbT1UY
  9. Have you ever studied hz frequency? If you have time, do some research on it's affect to water particles. We are simply energy that emits a frequency which affects us biologically. Scientifically water seeks it's own level. As with energetic frequencies. Not everyone radiates on the same level. That is a personal choice. Never be discouraged when you don't match frequencies with anyone. It's just the Universe telling you that you are different beings on a different path. When I encounter negativity, I emotionally remove myself from interacting with a lower frequency and alter my presence in the situation as a conscious observer. Love and Light to you my friend 💛
  10. A truth I'd like to share about myself to begin my involvement here is that, in terms of personal growth and spiritual pursuit, I've been a wayward seeker. Years ago, I spent a period of time intensively engaged in activities and disciplines which opened doors to new vistas of discovery and realization, but subsequently I was thrust pretty hard back into a mode of life where almost all my time and energy was devoted to mundane, day-to-day concerns. Now, I am feeling called to return to the happier mode of living that I was once blessed to experience. I am glad to have this opportunity to connect with other like-minded souls choosing a conscious pursuit of their own journeys.
  11. Main ideas are very straight forward. Again this is theory and only practice can offer evidence. I practice and have received evidence. 1. Soul is a quantum particle similar to the neutrinos neutral in quantum state. 2. Physical reality is distinct from Quantum state. 3. Quantum state has three type. Positive, Negative and Neutral. 4. The soul particle creates the physical reality for itself to experience consciousness. 5. The physical body is a manifestation of the soul created physical reality. 6. The physical reality is multi dimensional in existence with respect to time. 7. The soul particle and they physical body is connected via the electromagnetic spectrum. 8. The soul particle can through conscious existence receive energy from physical reality this raising or lowering its vibrations. 9. The higher the vibration of the soul particle the positive is the dimension of the physical reality and vice versa. 10. The soul particle is singular for all the infinite physical dimensional existences. Thus a conscious entity should focus on offering energy to the soul and thus engage in manifestation of what they want in their physical dimension. However, the soul particle looping through an infinite and endless cycle of life and death is trapped by the influence of the conscious mind focused on the body and the cause and effects of physical reality. I have experimented by silencing the mind techniques and practicing a unique intense meditation technique in attracting neutral energy that can be fuel for the trapped soul in awakening its sub conscious existence and empowering it to engage in soul to soul communications, soul energy transfer and engaging in manifesting changes in physical reality. And validated by manifesting for other as well.
  12. Max! We all have an un-comprehensible journey ahead of us, as we continue to learn being unbound from what has been taught into creating what is, like an example is everything that we are stimulated by has a name already defined with a "name"/language although everything is, is; undefined.😆 But as soon as we are stimulated by something that hasn't been defined from our senses, sight, smell,. touch, sound and taste, we create one for ourselves and in every present moment with the ability of conscious awareness and all things discovered means we can achieve so much more balance to live as what we are but also as what the future needs of us. And this is only a small part im focusing on at the moment! Threre is so much more and I know you know this too. I am excited for your journey ahead Max and I hope everyone in your life can see the footprints you leave behind everywhere you go! I wish you the best and a spontaneous adventure for creating only the best memories!
  13. I use to play guitar quite a bit when in my youth. Learning difficulties made it hard for me but I just played anyways for quite a few years pretty much mastering the same songs until a point my OCD gave way to the Native American Flute. Although a different set of harmonics, the latter instrument game me an opportunity to play much more at easily still allowing me to feel the vibrations through my body as I played. I used to love that about the guitar. I'm sorry I can't quite remember the exactly number of key frequency. Numbers are also something that confuse me like words. Chuckles at the irony. That said I'm pretty sure it was earthy enough. I miss my flute as I passed it on. I got a little too self conscious with it as I live in a very cramped community and on that level I am very private. I've only just returned to taking time out in a way that allows positive energy in. On that note I apologize if my tone has been hard on the ears. Without using any instruments or making any noise, I have an ability to sit quietly and simply take in the sea breeze and lapping waves. I live on the edge of a coastal region. At other times I'll just sit among the trees. I've been using biannual feed back techniques so long that I actually miss the silence when out walking. I beleive there is a term today for activities without ear buds - Naked Walking. I think I first head it when I used to be a runner - Naked Running. Of course with clothes on. That's not to say people nude down at the beach do not vibe as well. I can't really say as I've never tried that yet. Please forgive the lengthy text if not your thing. It's very early here. This morning I got up at 3am as still adjusting to a new routine. Actually ... sunlight has been a thing for me of late. I find this probably my number one asset when it comes to resonance. I used to do sungazing although do not recommend it. Sky gazing is much less risk but yields as much benefit. Is not hard to get lost at the right time of day, in the right position with face towards the sun and some binaural beats. But like I say, I also value silence when doing such things. Is kind of a balance act so I don't get too lost but that said I also enjoy the experience of being lost. Hard to explain. Jon Kabat-Zin and Eckhart Tolle are authors that help keep me grounded in this respect. I also like Alan Watts but find I do better having to repeat his lectures and or come back to them after a while. In fact I often do this with all three of those authors. Again ... sorry to go on. 🙃
  14. First of all, thanks for sharing. Some of the symptoms apply to me too. In my school time I was something of a nerd. So I felt inferior too and I didn't spend much time with other people, even though I got some friends. I rarely say no, because I'm helpful until someone shows me, he/she doesn't deserve it. I think, there's nothing wrong with a little bit of humility. Self-conscious and inferior? How can one feel both at the same time? To me, it depends on the field and on whom I compare with.
  15. Hi! I need help. Im writing in this forum because im draining in despair. I have recently, some months back, had my initiation towards my spiritual awakening. I have been working very hard to love myself because no one has done it properly in my close circle during my whole life. I have been reading a lot, working out and spending time in nature, learning how to say sorry to the ones I’ve hurt, controlling my ego instead of it controlling me, it has really helped and made me improve. The problem of this comes within my personal relationships. I started my awakening noticing things about me that where pretty toxic and I had to change, I eventually did and work with all my heart on that every day all day. However, then I started noticing how the people around me where completely toxic as well, the people within my family I mean: my sister, step-dad, mom, VERY close people to me, with the witch I have to live everyday because I’m still a minor. I eventually noticed that all these narcissistic, manipulative and negative traits are all around my environment: noticing it between my pears at school, how they are many of them obsessed with control of others and maintaining a clean image (its a super small private school with high societal position teens). I noticed that the friendship I had with my best friend was just for her a way of gaining control, power and feeling well with herself. I’m exposing all this initially because my hope in society is dispersing away, and it’s starting to scare me a bit, still being conscious that I can’t loose hope because of my environment, I know there must be somewhere people from out of it that are different, I hope and they must, I expect it. However, I’m still very confused. I don’t know what to do. I’m really working hard everyday to be a better person and to love myself for the first time, but it seems like the people around me don’t manage to understand it. It has gotten to a point where I see the intentions in everyone as soon as they walk up to me, it has given very harsh anxiety problems, and it made me isolate in the bathrooms or classes to avoid having to perceive that negativity, and seeing no one on week ends. I would usually, like everyone I guess, just put some distances and boundaries with toxic people, with the ones I could I did indeed. But, what about the people I HAVE to be with because of the laws that our society has implied towards the minor? I can’t escape my family, not until I am 18 at least. I have tried everything, I have learned how to be alone, to meet my true self and passions in life, to be able not to have dependency on my relation with others (I had huge issues with that, it really gave me a huge anxiety and panic attacks). Now I can be alone, in fact it has become a problem because I prefer that than being with people. Still sometimes, during this isolation process that I am taking, everyday almost, an injection into my hurt heart of that feeling of CRAVING human socialization comes to me; of wanting to love others and transmit all the love that my soul knows holds onto them. As Aristotle said, and with complete certainty, after all we are social animals, and I am as well. So this is my doubt as a whole? I have that feeling of craving contact in my soul, but each time I try, in this environment that I live in, they pull me and my self improvement process one step back: they make me fall back onto the hole of toxicity. And the hole that I fall back in is not the one that is transmitted onto our physical realm, but since I practice mindfulness a lot and take a lot of care with my words and actions towards others, they instead pull me into the deep hole of my own head. That constantly craves human touch, but knows that the people around me are not going to influence me in a positive way. I’m desperate and need someone to talk about this, I practice a lot the stoic tendency of not sharing my worries with others, since they already have enough with the relation they have with their selfs and their problems, and thus this has led me to literally feeling like I’m going crazy. I don’t know if maybe it’s me who is doing the things wrongly, I don’t try to change people, I just want to surround myself with people that share that same effort everyday of self improvement. However my head always tortures me onto thinking I might be loosing my papers, and treating the people that “love” me badly (I will use the braces because I haven’t felt real love in my life, again of course I’m not discarding this might because of my fault). So please, I really appreciate if someone has read this entirely, now, I really need some advice. Please if it’s me, I need to know what in me needs to change, if not, what can I do with those toxic people that I can’t set boundaries with. I don’t think I can be this isolated from society much more, I need help.
  16. Almost every morning I dance it out around my apartment to my favorite joyful and empowering songs! It creates so much Seratonin-the feel good chemicals- and it is a really freeing feeling, a great way to “let go” of stress and tension built up in your body, and start the day feeling better. I had almost majored in Dance Therapy in college years back, so I guess that’s what made me start this fun way to create my own joy at home. Also, I recently read and saw YouTube videos that this is also related to what is called “Conscious Movement” or “Conscious Dance”: “Conscious Dance is a movement-based process which leads participants on a journey of physical and emotional transformation. There is no structured choreography. It is lightly guided and free style. It is not about learning steps; it’s about revealing, recovering, and re-discovering of yourself and your natural intuitive flow.“
  17. @TajAgha123 With mental stress, do you mean stress caused by your mind? As stress is the body's response to a stressor such as an environmental condition or thoughts. Stress is the body's method of reacting to a condition such as a threat, challenge or physical and psychological barrier. A quick first help is conscious, long and deep breathing for a couple of minutes. If you have chronic stress it can cause severe bodily problems. In that case I recommend a more thorough intervention - for example MBSR (meditation-based stress reduction).
  18. Thanks for asking Candy. To understand soul communication require one to first accept the existence of the soul. One may accept the soul as a spiritual entity or as I do as a quantum particle as I am more logical and rational in my thoughts. Once one accepts the existence of the soul, one has to connect with the soul. According to me the soul exists as a quantum particle in the quantum universe. And though the soul creates a unique individual conscious existence in the form of a human or living entity, it is not singular but rather unitary or one for all and thus we are all connected in the quantum universe. This is basic theory that I understand. Now the physical body is a creation of the soul to experience consciousness and thus forms an electromagnetic spectrum around the body which is connects the mind to the soul. While the body exists in the physical dimension, the soul exists in the quantum dimension connected by the EM of the physical dimension. The consciousness of the soul is not the same as the subconsciousness of the mind. The mind exists because of the brain and the physical body. The mind stops when the body stops or ceases to exist. Yet our body our thoughts and actions are dependent on the mind and this becomes a prison for the consciousness of the soul which is unable to express itself to the mind. The mind being forever trapped in the learning of the body and the brain. The mind stops listening to the murmurs of the conscious soul as we grow older. A baby or a child has a better connection between the two than grown ups. Unless ofcourse we learn to silence our mind and allow it connect to the conscious soul and its vibrations. Which is like intuition or inner voice as we say commonly. The more one learns to silence our mind the more connected we get to our soul and thus we lead on a path of spiritual awakening as the soul always speaks the truth and offers unlimited knowledge and power. But the soul can only connect with the subconscious mind of the physical body it has created as it is not reached the spiritual levels or state of vibration that can allow it to communicate with other souls. Intense focused meditation such as the one I practice enable the soul to receive energy from the supreme energy source (which some of us call as God) raising the souls vibration to higher level and thus enable it to communicate with the souls of other physical entities. And what is in one persons mind can be transmitted to another person through soul communication transparently something like telepathy (which is a wrong term as it involves mind to mind communication) I simply call it soul communication. When one soul communicates to another soul what the mind senses to the other, there is no manipulation as the subconscious mind does and no negative thoughts or energy pass through unless one is practicing something that is focused on negative energies. So I practice neutral energy meditation which cannot attract or generate negativity to self or others and thus all soul communication is neutral or positive in state. So summarizing, the following steps are to be learned and practiced for engaging in soul to soul communication. 1. Living a neutral lifestyle 2. Silencing the mind 3. Practicing focused meditation (focusing on the person you want to communicate) 4. Attracting energy for the soul from the supreme source and raising its vibrations for communicating your state of mind to the person you are focusing on. All of this requires dedication and selfless practice that take months if not years to achieve. But someone who has been practicing for years such as myself, I am able to offer to be a medium for others to engage in soul communication with the ones they seek. I first tried this method with my wife with whom my relationship was breaking down to the point of no return. Since then, we have stopped arguing and communicating more at the soul level thus keeping the balance in our thoughts towards one another. More recently, I tried soul communication with a third unconnected person I never met or spoke with for a person who asked for my assistance in offering to connect her soul with the third person. ?

  21. Over the past almost 10 months, I have recreationally consumed psilocybin mushrooms on 4 separate occasions, with a few months in between "trips". I consumed between 1.5 and 3 grams each separate time. For those who haven't tried psilocybin yet, I highly recommend doing so when your mindset and setting allow. In my experiences, I have often known pure bliss. You know how we are all interconnected and interdependent? Well when on psilocybin, I can actually sense that without the need to mentally conceive of it. I sense everything without the distortions of judgments; it's so easy to simply observe and accept. There's this feeling of comfort in finally being able to sense infinity and eternity, both within and without. These feelings are so beautiful and awe-inspiring that you might cry. You might scream. You might process through a lot of buried trauma. Inversely, you might experience nothing but pure joy and euphoria; lots of wild laughter and enjoyment of dance, music and the beauty of the natural world. It's possible you might even have a dualistic experience. Regardless, it's a conscious experience of transmutation. It's simply one of the means that mother earth has provided in order for us to realize our true spiritual nature. You're able to move past your conceptual identity (ego) and realize it for the tragic illusion that it actually is. I have grown tremendously in the past year, spiritually speaking, and I do believe that psilocybin has been an amazing occasional supplement to that conscious and intentional process.
  22. Today I clicked onto another members profile who had responded with a like something I wrote yesterday when I signed up. On his profile was a link to an article that appeared in the Guardian Newspaper digging deeper into research that has discovered that humans are at their most miserable at 47 years old, well 47.2 to be precise. Now this may or not be the day it went to press but the day it came into my awareness is exactly 47 years and 2 months to the day when I was born at Kings College Hospital, London. I would be a churlish man to guarantee nothing outside my control could not unexpectedly dissect my life and pose a threat to me or my wellbeing. But as friends will have picked from me throughout 2019 I have experienced recent changes that were traumatic and brought me to a place where I did not recognise people I thought I knew, up from down, true from false. In a dark moment of being alone and very sad I felt as though I may have been the one who betrayed himself. But inside that dark moment and out from that insight. A deep question had flowered within, if 'I' had been the one who betrayed 'myself' then who was 'I' and who is 'myself' since there is only one of me? This was a very important question to ask myself because the answer was nothing that my mind knew or could answer. My mind had been stumped. While my brain shrugged at its lack of knowledge. That realisation resonated with the awareness that has a very strong connection to my gut and my heart, the still, silent awareness at the core of my being. Conscious who 'I' was, I became witness to my mind and mindful of the thoughts that come and go as my brain presents a conceptual understanding of the world around me intended to help me navigate life's path surviving danger and meeting certain fundamental needs. Having awakened to this new found vista of consciousness and allowed my brain enough time to comprehend what it did not itself have scope to have deduced. I found another answer glowing out from the darkness as blatant and as bright as light. Love, self-love will protect against any instance of self betrayal. So I began to practice meditation more and start to change the relationship with myself generating self-compassion, more self-love and a searching enquiry to better understand my needs, to develop a better language related to the needs we all have. If life is dependant on basic needs being met, and those needs are universal and the same for each individual. Then our greater knowledge of our needs is vital to be sensitive and empathic towards our own efforts to meet them and understand what our instincts are doing when we react when they are not being met or something or someone is obstructing us from what we need. So I listen intently to my emotions, guiding me to meet them and this helps me understand more what may be alive in others, who are in conflict with me or others, when something is or is not being done that results in their needs not being met. Knowledge of ones needs lets me see how this drives people to act. They may not know how to say this non-violently, they may just know that their needs are being frustrated and they are blaming the cause of their anxiety. But all conflict results from a need that is not being met. We can learn a language which allows us to be honest and direct with pin point precision of the way we are feeling, what is alive in us, and with practice you can learn how not to blame others or accuse them of wrongdoing and show them what is happening that is blocking you from what you need to thrive and enrich your life and the lives of others willingly. Out of self-love comes compassion and greater empathy I am sure. Essentially I had more growing to do, and as far as I can work out it looks very like the Universe is my best friend too. Because everything being placed on my journey was showing me exactly what I needed to learn the lessons that I needed to know. I am an extremely grateful embodiment of carbon in consciousness. While I am unable to calculate my worth in a material sense, I can be confidently assured in any given moment, that I, like you, am priceless. Anything, including negative thoughts or anyone suggesting otherwise in the direction of worthlessness is not using the language of non-violent communication they most probably just don't know how to speak it. Whether they are conscious of this or not they are abusing you and not willingly sought to enrich your life, and so it spells the end, it is at odds with your true value, they don't have to see it your way, that is their own deficiency, not yours and so this is the time to walk away from their toxicity don't try to steer someone towards a lesson that the universe is very much in command of, forgive them, when you are ready to not feel hurt by holding the hurt, let it go and say a prayer asking the Universe to bless them with the same kind of insight that I feel I have received. Find the life underneath the life situation, the story of things happening to me and don't identify with the ego's fondness for drama and conflict. Let your life love you back to the you you have always been, you are perfect just as you are without conditions attached. And for me personally the most important person who needed to really know this life lesson has been me. Thank you gorgeous universe for the gift of getting more appreciation of living before I die, and for the amazing gift of being me. Xxx P.S they say from here on in - everything starts to look up! ?
  23. I wanted to start my answer with "I am not much into yoga" then I remembered that I attend a weekly yoga class ? So I might have to reassess that. The two days I spend at the Barcelona Yoga conference were in the free area. So I can't comment on the quality of the paid part. Having a free area that not only has food trucks and shops but also a small stage that offered music was a nice touch, which I thought reflected the values of a conscious community well. There were also free Yoga classes offered for those who can't afford a ticket. My favourite time was when the music played at the free stage - some Bhajans to sing along and be joyful. I had some inspiring, deep conversations which also highlighted to me that conscious gatherings and shangas create an atmosphere of openness, safety and support that is hard to find elsewhere but which the world needs. So it was a much-appreciated opportunity to recharge my batteries there.
  24. One of the main takeaways for me is that conscious community means that the people I spoke to are conscious about how they use their time and be here now often means to favor real-life interactions over those online. If it is online it needs to be worth it. Another time-consuming site just won't cut it. I feel it for myself if I have fallen into the "facebook-trap" and afterward feel how it has eaten up my attention, sold it for advertising money and I have only lost time to otherwise be alive. What does this mean for happiness.com? For me, it means that if people log in to make it worth their time and attention. Yes, we need a call to action, we need to motivate people to commit and engage and at the same time we need to make sure we respect their time, that if they invest time and attention it's worth it, that there's a real connection, vulnerability, support not just some scrolling through updates.
