  1. Since I stopped drinking alcohol, mornings have become my favourite part of my day! I try to wake up before 8am, get in 15-20 minutes of yoga, a short guided meditation, and then a drink of lemon juice, apple cider vinegar and water, which I sip on while I journal out my thoughts - something called Morning Pages. It's a wonderful little tool to clear your head and start your day fresh! Once I've done all that, I do a quick dry brushing session before taking a hot shower :)
