  1. Many people may not realize the negative effects of stress and anxiety on their body and mental health. The best way to reduce stress is to learn about its causes and how to manage it. One way to reduce stress is through meditation. Meditation can help you relax and develop a more positive outlook on life. If you get reduce your stress anxiety you must to need mental health services.
  2. Thanks for sharing your story. I think, I get what you meant now. I think, we can both agree that a monotonous life would be boring. It would be like waking up, watching tik tok, going to work, watching tik tok and going to bed. But nature and silence is not boring at all. Maybe I can share a part of my story too. I'm from a well off family too, but I don't need much money. I save most of it for a house or whatever I might need in the future. When I was a child, my dad, some friends and me went wild camping in a friend's forest every year. One weekend without a bathroom or anything but a tent and a campfire. Relaxing, cutting dead trees, baking stick bread,... It was awesome and a great experience, just hearing nature without the noise of cars or people. In 10th grade, I went to texas for 4 weeks for a student exchange. I went to school with them, played Football, watched Football, went swimming in the golf of mexico, visited a ranch with some real cowboys and I this way I got to know their very open and friendly culture. Today, I'm 27 years old and working as an engineer. I really wanted to be one, because I like the variety and creativity of the job. But I will not make my father's mistake and take too much responsibility just to get more money. My aim is a healthy work life balance. And I still go to lakes or forests, just to hear the silence and to enjoy nature sometimes.
  3. I disagree. I think that problems distract people from adapting a long state of mind of peace and joy. Better to have a life governed by a more healthy inner state and less by the negative aspects that stem from outside circumstances. And problems prevent us from maintaining such a strong mental state long term. I think focusing on my inner peace, joy and love based on knowledge that trains my mind to be in an inner state of peace naturally without finding comfort in external things is what makes me alive. And would love to eliminate my external problems because they always come in between my love for peace and quietness of mind and life. I’m okay with problems but it should be like 10% problems and 90% peaceful state. So I can enjoy even the little things like going for dinner and so on.
  4. This is only her 2nd relationship in her life, she was with 1 guy from high school until like 8 years ago. People hated that guy because he was extremly toxic and didn't let her see anyone especially males but she stayed because she loved him even after they broke up she was trying to get him therapy and was trying to fix him and he lived with her. So apparently she has a thing for these types of toxic guys. I dunno what that means though. But when she said she's working on trust with him so cleared off all her male friends and wont be able to hike with me anymore once a year or talk on the phone I knew right in that instant he was sabotaging my friendship with her the entire time which is why the friendship started going 1 sided. She was with him for 2 years, they broke up and she was panicing so much she went to the hospital and the doctor said it was just a broken heart. Once I found out they broke up I was right there talking to her on the phone like 3-4 times every month checking up on her, texting her all the time making sure she was ok...she even surprised me wanting to see me after her work for some food and sit down at the ocean. A few weeks later we hiked and I thought she was doing much better so I told her I would talk to her in a couple months, she hated that but I stuck with it, pretty much after that things between us took a huge drop off. A year and a half later here we are with this thread.
  5. Hi Simply Tammy, I struggled for too many years stuck in the darkness, trying to blend in to this physical realm we call life. Once My twin flame awakening occurred. I learned where those negative thoughts were coming from, and they weren't coming from God. Trust me, the thoughts still come. The difference is they don't stay. On one hand, I identify when, where and why the negativity is trying to attack me. Being a believer in Jesus Christ, I command them to flee. They disappear like cowards. On the other hand, in my experience .the negative thoughts also trigger me to process , and heal from any core traumas, loss, guilt, and bad choices I've made in my life.   6. Practice this every morning & before going to sleep. Have seen massive changes in my own mindset & it is reflected back in my life. All our power is within us what we think we become, as our thoughts go out into the universe and are then returned to us in our life's circumstances. Therefore we attract what we think, so if your thinking is negative and unloving. Then the universe will reflect that in your day to day life to reinforce your thinking. So by practicing Gratitude for all you have even when times are hard your life slowly gets better.It can be small changes like dealing with situations differently rather than using ingrained behaviours that don't serve our greater good. Find myself smiling a lot more now seem to be going through a spiritual awakening which has been going on for about a year now. Made changes to remove toxic people from my life & have removed myself from situations where I do not feel valued i.e work. When you acknowledge you deserve abundance then it becomes more difficult to accept certain people or situations the way you used to. I'm not saying this is easy because it is not & can be heartbreaking to remove people whom you care about because you realize they are toxic for you. shed many many tears throughout this process and probably have more to shed, but I feel empowered & confident that I will now achieve everything I want to through this. I will no longer accept a crap life because I deserve better therefore every day I affirm this to myself which I believe I will manifest into my reality.I should add that doing this half heartedly probably won't work you must believe in it totally because we cannot reprogram our brain or fool our subconscious into this if we then resort back to old negative coping skills. You will still have bad days, but it's about shifting your perspective in relation to life's problems. I try seeing them as a Glitch & when negative thoughts enter my head I replace them with a loving or happy thought that way I reduce their power over me. Still got a long way to go with this but enjoying it. Truly believe 2020 is going to be the best year for me when all my manifesting starts appearing in my reality. Love & Light to you & don't give up it's probably one of the kindest most loving things we can do for ourselves. We all need healing from past traumas or hurts & when we heal we become closer connected to our own divine self& it's awesome hope this help. ??
  7. Hello (new here)! Here is my definition: Happiness is finding the beauty in everything. All the people and nature, God. And whimpering to yourself from the sheer enormity of the beauty you can sense in everything. It means that you could know the love that God put into all the bits and pieces of some kind of thing. Or you could see the beauty of someone and it means that you have overcome that negative thinking you did about them. You mend the breakd you have in relationships only to find peace. It means you worked on becoming a well-adjusted person in the world. Happiness is seeing the world different than all the people who do not want to participate. You love life and you LIVE. You do not take like for shame. And you do not take life for granted because you have to live like there is no tomorrow. There is no guarantee that there is a tomorrow. You love life. God let's you in that He loves you, and it brings together all the pieces. It shatters the thought you were only mildly good enough for anyone.
  8. Hey Kausar, I'm new here but from reading what you wrote, I'm thinking that it's a bit more maybe going on with you that just genetics. I would guess you have had some very traumatic experiences early in life, like really, really early and that would mean it's hard for you to talk about it because young children can't........... EMDR is a very good thing to try. Many therapists do this, very non invasive, just have to find one that does it. I don't want you to think that this is just something you are going to have to deal with all your life because we are moving in a river that is always changing so we're not stuck unless we think we are.

  10. This is going to sound like I’ve had & lost a best mate with that exact problem Rod so forgive me if I say anything that goes against community standards. All I can really say is this, Mike (old best mate) was not the oldest of siblings, got married young, got a good role young too. exactly like you would comment how everyone uses him as the go to guy for every issue expecting him to be his usual self because why on Earth would he, & he did, he did until his business that was started right prior to Covid & the man’s marriage collapsed in 2010. But theres a kicker, the worst of the worst, his older brother was convicted of child sex offences & it came out he was a victim also to which his Mother who couldn’t come to grips with what her oldest son had done & made life just that more terrible. Now i don’t know that any advice or info that could of been given to Mike that could of saved him from any of his short comings all that i know is that he is possibly one of the 40% who can physically not help but to fall into cognitive dissidence & the behind the scenes talk of the plandemic i feel was his biggest issue. I say 1% controlling the maj, 40% blindly, never critically thinking, good for business types & that leaves 59% of the burden of changing the direction of a tyrannical elite who wish to play God when their own science books cannot explain why a Sharman can undergo a soul retrieval for a client who at say age 7, their Father left them & their Mother ipso facto while going beyond the veil & down into the underworld a piece of said soul fled as to not be destroyed & why that Sharman can find a 7 year old peice of clients soul down there without being told about when the father left in the first place. Then if i was to say that if those now empty areas of your soul/energy bodies can be used by other trickster/ poltergist spirits that hang around after death as dwellings & we can as humans have multiple spirits dwelling in us or we would be called possessed & is any of that pretty important spiritual information spread by your TV or radio?   11. Welcome and thanks for sharing your story. First of all, it is totally up to you, how you would like to handle N. I'm just telling you, what I think. I think the people in your family are the ones who know you the longest time, who has been there for you all your life and who you are most important to. Personally, I consider my girlfriend as a part of my family, but that's an exception. So no matter what happens, I would tell my family the truth, because they deserve it and because they can support me in the best way if they know it. For me, there are different categories of physical assaults. An accident is something unintentional, so it can be forgiven after an apology. A harmless attack can be playful or because of rage. That might be forgivable too. But for me, there is a red line when someone intentionally tries to harm you. He could have stopped after the push, but he contunued until you had to go to the hospital. Eveyone gets angry sometimes, but there is this line you don't break, no matter how angry you are. So I couldn't trust him anymore. You don't know if or when something like this could happen again, so I would end the friendship.
  12. How to enjoy worry Never allow the worry to enter your heart in difficult times. When it knocks the door, shout at it to go away. Don’t open the doors of the mind. If you allow it, it is a thief which steals away your energy. It is like the dog that steals away your food. It is like the cat that steals away your milk. Food is your energy and milk is your courage. When you loose courage and energy tension is created, which is the source of all chronic diseases. Doctors say that the tension raises the level of lactic acid in the blood, which opens all the doors for all the chronic diseases. The physical health is spoiled because the mind and body are related to each other. The illness in the body affects the mind. The tension in the mind affects the body. Such tension results in the loss of memory and loss of intelligence. In such state you are completely inefficient to plan for the solution. Your body is incapable of executing any plan. The worry cannot solve the problem and moreover it weakens you so that you will become permanently incapable to solve the problem. Therefore neither should you run away from the life nor should allow the worry to enter your mind. If your realization about the unreality of the cinema, which is this life, continues, instead of worry, you can enjoy the problem in your life, which is as good as a tragic scene in the cinema. You may argue that you are involved in the life and not standing outside the life to be a spectator. This argument is not correct. The answer for your argument is that you can enjoy the tragic scene even if you are involved in it just like an actor acting in a drama. If you are aware that the drama is unreal and if you are aware that you are only acting the role which is also unreal, you can still enjoy the drama as a spectator of the cinema even though you are involved in it. Whenever you face difficulties and if you have not realized the unreality of the world (forms and feelings), there are two ways to solve your problem. One way is in natural level and the other way is in super natural level. The nature is the separated power from the Lord, which follows the rules of the logic and is called as Prakruti. The nature is separated because it becomes the separate object to be observed by God who is the spectator. God created this universe to see it for His entertainment. Even if He enters the world as human incarnation the spectatorship and entertainment continues because there is no difference between cinema and drama as far as its unreality is considered. Therefore if your problem is at the level of the nature, try to solve it using your courage and energy without allowing the worry into your mind which steals both these. If your problem is beyond the level of the nature, then also you cannot solve it by allowing the worry. In such case the super power (Maya) has to enter into this world sent by God. The Maya is never separated from God unlike the Prakruti. Now, only the super power of the God can solve your problem and for this you must concentrate on God. For such concentration also, you need the energy and therefore you should not allow the worry to enter your mind even in this case. For doing concentration on God, you require the congenial atmosphere of real devotees around you. Therefore whenever the problem that requires the super power to interfere enters your life, you have to immediately prevent the entry of the worry into your mind and you have to enter into the association of real devotees so that you can concentrate on God for help. If you remain in the association of the ordinary human beings, they will magnify the impossibility of the solution and force the worry to enter your mind. If you leave the association of these dirty people, who do not want to solve your problem and if you enter into the association of real devotees, you can easily concentrate on God for help. God will give an immediate stay because the problem cannot be cancelled forever due to the cycle of deeds presided by justice. However, the temporary stay has the possibility of permanent solution also. After the stay, there may be a chance for you to become a liberated soul by entering into the service of the God in which case your file may be condemned permanently. If you are ungrateful to the help which involves the super power of God, your file will be opened after some time and the punishment can be given to you in some other form so that your impression about the cancelling of that problem by God is not disturbed. Therefore, at every step of your life, become grateful to God and transform yourself as a liberated soul through service to Him which alone can give the permanent solution. You may be compensated regarding your loss in course of time. Thus you may recover the loss but the time you spent in worry can never be compensated. Since your lifetime is a fixed quantum, the loss of time cannot be compensated. If you entertain yourself with enjoyment even during the time of loss, the time is not lost.   13. I know people like her. I think, she will always want to be in control of her life and she would not like to be dependent on someone. So if she has a problem and she wants to handle it by herself, you will have to respect that. That can be pretty hard for you, but it will take a long time like years until she accepts help or gifts. So the good thing is: She will probably not use you. Since she is very empathic, another challenge can be to make her tell you her true opinions and wishes. So she might say something, just because she doesn't want to bother you, even though she secretly wishes the opposite. It can be very complicated and drive you crazy. For example: She would like to meet, you would like to meet, but she says you shouldn't meet, because she doesn't want to require you to drive that far. That can be very tricky. I would recommend to start things slowly with some kind of friendship. You can start with some common activities, show your interest by asking her about her day and make her smile with funny comments. When she has a problem, you should offer your help, but be ready for a lot of rejection. Good luck.

Self-care can play a role in maintaining your mental health and help support your treatment and recovery if you have a mental illness. If you or someone you know is struggling, find support. This might be a friend or a family member. Or it could be reaching out to our mental health provider or a mental health professional who provide therapy to children, adult, or adolescents.

AMEN. I fully pacifist in real life (sometimes I play games where i've to figt xD). Violence is never an option. Not for me. I wish I could say this. But I never felt "success". I see "Oh. I got my gradiation. Fine" or "oh. I published my first book *slightly ... very slightly excited*. Fine." and so on. Especially if the most things going down after a while. Thank you. I never feel ashamed of things I write or say. Mostly my words are chosen wisely or at least very hones. But without help I can't solve my life directly. I just want to know what is this with my head. But I working on it .... I search for diagnostic appointments. Maybe in 1 year. Maybe in 2. Maybe in 4. Who knows. Until then I try to keep my head up.
  17. You are, who you are and from what I read about you, I like, who you are. If you like writing down your thoughts in a blog and it helps you, don't let anyone take this from you. After all the most important person in your life should be you. So as long as you don't harm someone with your blog, intolerant poeple are not worth a discussion. Discussing with stupid people is like playing chess with a chicken. In the end it will knock over the board anyway. I felt a little similar in school. Boys were talking about soccer/football, girls were talking about clothes and make-up and I felt like an adult in a group of monkeys. No offense to other people, they all may have a nice personality but this is how I felt at the time. So I only had a few friends and since I skipped a grade in school I always was a year behind in terms of age, which seperated me from others even more. Fortunately there was no bullying but I always felt like the younger and weaker guy. So I spent a lot of time thinking about how to be normal, how to be strong, how to be successful, how to be respected and about what strength and success even means. Thoughts like: Other people of my age are strong because they go to the gym. Should I be worried about people who are physically stronger than me? On the one hand, they would probably win a physical fight. On the other hand, physical fights are stupid because you either go to the hospital or to jail. So there is not really a point in being a good fighter. Maybe that's a loser's point of view, but I'm okay with losing a fight if it means to be a winner in life. Now after a lot of work and thinking, I finally reached what I call success. It was a long way and I felt lost at times and maybe I can give others some hope and confidence to find their way.
  18. Hi everyone, My first meditation 10 years ago i experienced something that felt like it was almost impossible to believe. I was in bad place (literally). I needed something to keep my mind positive and a friend suggested me to start meditating. I asked him how to to this and he told me to lay down on my bad with my eyes closed and start focus on my breathing. Then he told me to try and be in between all my thoughts and no thoughts at all. He then said that after a while i would feel itchy in places (like there was fly on my face or something) and not to scratch but keep my focus. I was doing exactly as he said and like he said i started experiencing this itchy feelings on my face. Something i added to this naturally was that while i was doing all the above i kept focusing on my third eye. Without really knowing much about the third eye this is something that came naturally to me. Suddenly i entered this black space filled with nothing. I don't really remember what was going through my head at the time but at one point i start seeing this huge black shimmering face. At first it felt peaceful but it quickly switched to a very dark feeling. I sort of was intrigued about it and kept calm trying to understand what was going on. Then suddenly it started communicating to me i a telepathic way. Immediately it start saying all this psychotic this about killing people. This is when i got really scared and tried to start thinking of positive things to make this go away. I start thinking of my loved ones, the people i care about. Then the voice in my head start saying to kill all the people i was thinking about. my beloved ones.) At this moment i really panicked and tried to open my eyes again. I could't open my eyes immediately like something was holding me in there. When i finally opened my eyes the whole room was spinning around rapidly, my whole vision was distorted. It also kind of felt as if i was elevated from my bed. The distortion went on for 10 seconds or so slowly getting back to normal but my mind kept repeating the words kill mom, kill this person, kill that person... I was freaked out about this as it went on for another 20 minutes or so. Afterword everything went back to normal and i didn't meditate for a long time. I never experienced something like that before as it felt unreal something like that could happen in real life. I'm now meditating again and never experienced anything like that again. Can anyone explain this to me please?

  20. Cody, I also have a very in depth video on HOW to meditate. On this journey, you will hear many rules. "You should meditate sitting up," "you should have no thoughts," "you should meditate for X amount of time," "you should meditate in the mornings," etc. At the end of the day, it's about figuring out what works best for you. If you are not a morning person, let's say, finding 15 extra minutes during a time you sleep in and barely get out the door in time will work against you. If you spend most of your time feeling uncomfortable while you meditate sitting up, you aren't going to stick with meditating for long, as another example. If you really only have 15 minutes to meditate, but you hear advice saying it should be 30-45 min each day... the rest of your life will take a hit and you again won't stick with meditating in the long term. And if you don't spend the 30-45 min others advised you to, you'll feel guilty or like you're missing out. I talk about that and many different ways to meditate. From working with colors, to chakras, to silence, to mindfulness, to guided. Lengths of time, sitting up or lying down, and much more. I hope it serves you ❤️

  23. Yes - At least for a while. When I moved to a new town, I didn't know anyone. I shared an appartment with other people and I had colleagues at work, but we didn't to anything after work. So I would say, it is possible but life can be better with friends. I think it is better to have no friend at all than having a wrong friend, who you don't really like. But many things in life work with a community and with teamwork. And if you have friends, you are more familiar with the way, social interactions work. Also friends can help you if you want to move to a new appartment, or other things, which are hard to do alone. Friends can also help you keeping up self-reflection because they will tell you if you do something wrong.
