  1. When i was 29 i had the same expierience. Fortunately it opened my real path as a wounded healer and to deeper knowledge. I almost died from allergic schock caused by antibiotics. It turned out that i was allergic. Allergy is a Greek word which means "change what you do". Being faithful to my soul was the answer in my life. Learning to cooperate with myself, setting boundaries and letting go of toxic family members who undermined my worth and wellbeing because of jealousy and a need to control was the key. Looking deeper into situations and aknowleging that others projected on me their issues. This understanding allows both self respect and compassion towards the other. We can t help someone who does not want it.
  2. “What is the one thing I want people to know about me?”. I have become a better person by making positive changes. I was at a low point years ago when I started my self-development journey, as I wanted to see a different future for myself. That was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Learning about myself at a deeper level, accepting my self-worth and embracing that change is something I would recommend for those who want a better life for themselves.
  3. Walking meditation and mindfulness breaks are great alternatives to long meditation sessions. Sometimes I walk around while being present, film and upload for others to follow.

They are also more creative, productive, and successful in their personal and professional lives. There are many factors that contribute to happiness, including our relationships, our work, our health, and our personal values and beliefs. However, research suggests that there are some common characteristics and practices that are associated with greater happiness. These include: Cultivating positive emotions: Focusing on positive emotions such as gratitude, joy, and kindness can help to increase feelings of happiness and well-being. Building strong relationships: Having close, supportive relationships with family and friends is a key factor in happiness. Pursuing meaningful goals: Having a sense of purpose and working towards meaningful goals that align with our values and interests can bring a sense of fulfillment and satisfaction. Practicing mindfulness and self-compassion: Being present in the moment and treating ourselves with kindness and compassion can help to reduce stress and increase happiness. Engaging in physical activity and healthy habits: Regular exercise, good sleep, and a healthy diet are important for physical and mental health, and can also contribute to feelings of happiness. In conclusion, happiness is a complex and multifaceted emotion that is essential to our health and well-being. While there is no one-size-fits-all formula for happiness, research suggests that cultivating positive emotions, building strong relationships, pursuing meaningful goals, practicing mindfulness and self-compassion, and engaging in healthy habits can all contribute to greater happiness and fulfillment in life.
  6. This is going to sound like I’ve had & lost a best mate with that exact problem Rod so forgive me if I say anything that goes against community standards. All I can really say is this, Mike (old best mate) was not the oldest of siblings, got married young, got a good role young too. exactly like you would comment how everyone uses him as the go to guy for every issue expecting him to be his usual self because why on Earth would he, & he did, he did until his business that was started right prior to Covid & the man’s marriage collapsed in 2010. But theres a kicker, the worst of the worst, his older brother was convicted of child sex offences & it came out he was a victim also to which his Mother who couldn’t come to grips with what her oldest son had done & made life just that more terrible. Now i don’t know that any advice or info that could of been given to Mike that could of saved him from any of his short comings all that i know is that he is possibly one of the 40% who can physically not help but to fall into cognitive dissidence & the behind the scenes talk of the plandemic i feel was his biggest issue. I say 1% controlling the maj, 40% blindly, never critically thinking, good for business types & that leaves 59% of the burden of changing the direction of a tyrannical elite who wish to play God when their own science books cannot explain why a Sharman can undergo a soul retrieval for a client who at say age 7, their Father left them & their Mother ipso facto while going beyond the veil & down into the underworld a piece of said soul fled as to not be destroyed & why that Sharman can find a 7 year old peice of clients soul down there without being told about when the father left in the first place. Then if i was to say that if those now empty areas of your soul/energy bodies can be used by other trickster/ poltergist spirits that hang around after death as dwellings & we can as humans have multiple spirits dwelling in us or we would be called possessed & is any of that pretty important spiritual information spread by your TV or radio?   7. Hello guys, So Happy to be part of your wounderful community, I'm glad to be here. I'm coming straight from a different great community related to another aspect of self improvement. Anyhow, I would like and love to start a New Journey in Self Development. I hope that I'll provide a lot to this community. I want to start practicing Meditation so that I can improve my Focus! I"ll do my best and improve my mind little by little. I must say that I have anxiety issues sometimes, especially when i get a lots of problems, my brain kind of shuts down and start catastrophing everything, I'm looking to improve that by immediatly seeking the solution not thinking about the outcomes! Anyways I said a lot! I'm Happy to be with you here - And I'll stay here probably for long time! I'm from Africa, Morocco. #The best is yet to come!
  8. Hi Suedseefrucht. Thank you. I'm already there - I know how to self-heal: I'm going on a holiday next week alone (Amsterdam) - I will meet people there and socialise. I've started an online course (Reiki) and joined a year long training program (Shamanism). I've already made enquiries about joining a dance class (Jiving) and want to learn Bachata and Latin also. I currently enjoy gymnastics and calisthenics. She said she wanted to stop our current daily communications (WhatsApp), multiple messages each day. Both she and I are aware of the Enabler / Saviour / Good Samaritan role and I'm aware that if I maintain current contact I will enable her difficulty to self-develop and progress emotionally, personally and professionally by being protective but a helpless/powerless protector which would completely deplete me. She is a good person, I have no doubt of that. I know I have to cut ties for both ours sakes for several weeks at least. She is going into War zones in Ukraine next month and I will both physically sick and emotionally distraught with worry and anxiety again - sleepless nights, (she went before in Jan) if I stay in close contact with her. I have to let her go in all ways and she can't be worrying about my concern and asking her to keep texting me that she OK and safe like I did last time. She has to do what she has to do without my involvement. I might just txt her "Safe Travels" before she goes on 5th Mar. She would be back in Ireland by 20th Mar. I might say a friendly hello then, I don't know at the moment. By the way she's an Emotional empath and I'm a developed Heyoka empath and currently changing my life direction away from corporate and towards Light-Working with the intention of having my own holistic centre in Spain in a few years time. The thing is I believe she is my twin flame but she isn't on the same plane/level/space as me just yet and our meeting and time together has been to develop and heal both her and I - it's just going to take some time before our paths cross again when we have both evolved into a more aligned space.   10. I'm in love with a damaged empath. She is afraid of my love. She either has been abused in previous relationships or she ended relationships that were good. She felt abandoned by her mother as a child and is overly protective now, pressing the self destruct button on us before we can begin. She is running away from me because she is scared of getting hurt, she is sabotaging her own happiness. I have told her today verbally and in text after talking with her: "You were running away/pushing me away because you were afraid of getting hurt again like in the past. You have genuine love, affection and fun in front of you and it scares you, but you deserve to be loved and happy where other current problems will be easier to deal with too. You have stability, certainty, harmony, peace and fun with me/us, where you will heal (in your own time/way) with acceptance and respect and without stress or drama from me. I want you, I want to be with you, I want a relationship with you. Listen to your heart"................................................Thoughts Please.

  13. I love listening to inspirational audios or videos or reading inspirational books first thing in the morning each day. It sets a good tone of the day. And practicing gratitude as well. Self love is so key, and it is ok to use external sources to help you when you feel down, until you can give it to yourself ❤️

The fact that nothing matters more than self love if you do not learn to intergrate yourself completely and love yourself fully, then you are no more than a walking shadow. If you want to increase your understanding and awareness of self love, respect, confidence and appreciation, then I might be of help. I used to meditate in break room for 15 minutes when negative customer “ post office Job usps did negative action against us. Taking out their negativity thankGOD I MEDITATED .
  18. Love in enlightenment is great no hate Judy love only disapointmet is when people treat people bad of animals dogs & cats etc you don’t get mad. Tenderness & disapointment of their karmic bad action but you still love their higher self inside part of GOD , so forgiveness comes with quiet tenderness which is part of absolute enlightenment yes hello yeah bro, & sister love is all there is in that. 4 or 5 th demension.
  19. I hope this reply finds you well. We are here on earth for a very spasific purpose. This is why you can't figure out whats next. The best thing to do is look deep within yourself and find that child like soul feeling, ya know that one in the chest that none of us wanted to let go? Well, turns out, we weren't supposed to! That feeling IS your soul, your higher self trying to direct you .. along with guardian angels. That feeling also shows up when we get to do things we long for. Right? Well, that's another thing we are missing ! We gave up our true desires because the world has made it almost impossible to do so. See what they are doing to us yet? They are literally taking over our minds and how we use them. (The world/society). All in all, I say, yes, you will need a job but find one that fits your family and finances, but if you really want to feel your soul again, feel and find your true purpose here, take all free time and work towards only having to do the thing you love. If that thing isnt enough for Financial comfort alone after making it happen, add other outlets that you can make income. not saying the road won't have misery, but the end result, well, let's just say, nothing compares!!!!!!!! .   21. Thank you and a very Happy New Year to you too! Glad that you reached this forum, I am sure you will find various points of view, opinions and advice to get some clarity. In my opinion, you have to put yourself on priority, and make choices that suit you, if that means finding another job, or even changing jobs, do it, and feather your nest. The world would have you believe that that is a selfish and self centered thing to do, but if you don't put yourelf and your family first, who will?? If the job was enough and you were able to manage within it well and good, but since you yourself feel the lack, you have to reconsider your time commitment to them and make changes. Start applying for different jobs and put your wishes out in the universe, you never know what could turn up and this feeling or unrest is pushing you towards your destiny and a better way of life. Don't ignore it, do what you should and do what it takes to make the changes. Good luck, I am sure it will all work out for you!!
  22. Hello, I hear you, and I feel your pangs. No one wants to be told something negative, especially about their looks. But first.. do you love what you see everyday and are you happy wiht who you are, or are you already struggling with a negative self image and self doubt? The way I deal with stuff like this is twofold. One I silently thank the person for pointing out something that I could improve (I mean how many people probably think worse and don't say it out loud- he is being a messenger here, and I always say, don't shoot the messenger) When you look from a different view point even criticism and negative feedback is actually a lost way of sharing feedback with you about what you can improve and change to make your own life better. So have you considered dealing with the dark circles? With products and remedies as openly available and not 'beauty secrets' any more, why not go enjoy some pampering and make them better? I was told I was dark, had very non traditional looks, was thin as a stick and guess what I took all those stones and built bridges with them and today people compliment me for the very things I was "given pointers to improve" That could be a positive turn to what you are otherwise seeing as a negative attack/ interference. Not enough peole appreciate those that have the courage to speak up, rather than gossip behind our backs..its not always easy but in the end its the people who help us by telling us what is wrong that set us so much further on our journeys..if we choose to take things with that spirit. If you look at how your reaction upset him, you can perhaps see his intent was not to hurt you. Even those who want to do good aren't always able to say it all sugar coated and nicely the way we want to, but its upto us to take the message and separate the feelings from blocking the message that the universe is giving us through such willing channels. Hello there daisy, your post sounds as though i could have written it myself, i also am alone a lot but saying that it is by choice, my hobbies-interests are biofield tuning forks, colour light therapy, i love crystals, my pets, i try to help people feel better within themselves whenever i can, i only have a handful of people i call friends, i get them to have a foot spa bath -natural face masks, all feel good nurturing stuff, give them crystals, i don’t do social media facebook etc i like being my own private person, although i share feel good things with everyone if they show true interest, such as my tuning forks crystals colour light therapy, all self taught, i have rune stones, oracle cards-books, mostly based on moon phases, coz i have strong feelings towards the moon, i usually meet people who are in need of something when i walk when i’m living at the ocean, i feel empathy very strongly, so when i meet someone who is troubled i find they open up to me, i just speak positive happy things to them, and encourage them to feel good about themselves, then i share books if they are interested in borrowing, i meet at beach to walk with them if they want to, i sense when people are hurting or lonely, so i just say hello to them, then i find that i seem to see that person unexpected at shop or beach at different times of day when i decide to go for a walk or stop to have a drink, but alas i am not at the ocean at the moment but i am working to get back there as soon as possible coz this is where i feel my best and able to support others as well as myself, i feel as though i have come home whenever i live by the ocean, but my country friends and hubby don’t have the same feelings or love as i do for the sea,, so i’ve decided i will live at the seaside and visit every few wks for a week or two the small country town i now live in, i lived by the ocean most of my young life up until my 30’s, this just about sums up who i am, thank-you for letting me share,, i’m too old now to just live for not upsetting people by going to the ocean, so now i will make me happy, put myself first for a change even though i don’t want to upset others, but i feel my health suffers lots when i am away from the beautiful sea and all it’s moods,,, kind regards to all, k.

Seems like a sincere, warm place.I have background in Streetfighting / Martial Arts / Boxing and it is a MUST to balance all that yang output. Not to mention recovery in active rest.
