My whole life since my childhood I never had felt any warmness of love and acceptance ,since then I was struggling to love my self and I had a low self esteem.I was afraid to create strong relationship bonds and getting closer to people because on my mind I always thought that I Will always be rejected,feeling unloved and betrayed.My life changed when I encountered Jesus Christ through God,developing a personal relationship with God allowed me to surrender and heal from my past experiences,I started to open up my heart and I felt an unexplainable love with a warm feeling that I never felt ever since.My life changed and I began to love God;myself,my loved ones as well as other human beings,it was that easy hence my heart was flowing with living water and filled with love..I am still in the process of healing and God is still restoring and manifesting..It Is all possible with God..Your life could change for the better forever..Allow God which leads to light,joy,peace and love..If you really wanna know about true love try this God who loves you even when you dont ....I still have more to share..Be blessed..

  3. I'm in love with a damaged empath. She is afraid of my love. She either has been abused in previous relationships or she ended relationships that were good. She felt abandoned by her mother as a child and is overly protective now, pressing the self destruct button on us before we can begin. She is running away from me because she is scared of getting hurt, she is sabotaging her own happiness. I have told her today verbally and in text after talking with her: "You were running away/pushing me away because you were afraid of getting hurt again like in the past. You have genuine love, affection and fun in front of you and it scares you, but you deserve to be loved and happy where other current problems will be easier to deal with too. You have stability, certainty, harmony, peace and fun with me/us, where you will heal (in your own time/way) with acceptance and respect and without stress or drama from me. I want you, I want to be with you, I want a relationship with you. Listen to your heart"................................................Thoughts Please.

CDC | Getty Images Belgium has become the first country to introduce a mandatory 21-day quarantine for monkeypox patients as cases of the disease — typically endemic to Africa — spread across the globe. Health authorities in Belgium introduced the measures Friday after the country reported its third case of the virus. As of Monday, the country has recorded four local cases; confirmed global infections currently number around 100. Belgium’s compulsory measures apply only to patients with a confirmed infection. Close contacts are not required to self-isolate but are encouraged to remain vigilant, especially if in contact with vulnerable people. “Infected persons will have to go into contact isolation until the injuries have healed (they will receive concrete instructions about this from the treating doctor),” a version of the government announcement translated from Dutch said. The UK meanwhile has said those who have a high risk of catching the disease should self-isolate for 21 days. That includes household contacts or medical professionals who may have come into contact with an infected patient. What is monkeypox? Monkeypox is a rare disease caused by the monkeypox virus — part of the smallpox family — with symptoms including rashes, fever, headaches, muscle ache, swelling and backpain. Though typically less severe than smallpox, health experts are growing concerned about the genesis of a recent outbreak, starting in early May, in countries beyond Central and West Africa. Health authorities, including the US Centers for Disease Control and infection and the UK’s Health Security Agency, said they have noted a particular concentration of cases among men who have sex with men, and urged gay and bisexual men in particular to be aware of any unusual rashes or lesions. As of Saturday, the World Health Organization reported there were 92 cases in 12 countries, and a further 28 suspected cases under investigation. The US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Belgium, Portugal and Netherlands have all confirmed cases. It usually spreads via human-to-human or human-to-animal contact. “Epidemiological investigations are ongoing, however, reported cases thus far have no established travel links to endemic areas,” the WHO said in a statement posted on its website Saturday. “Based on currently available information, cases have mainly but not exclusively been identified amongst men who have sex with men (MSM) seeking care in primary care and sexual health clinics,” it added. More monkeypox cases likely The recent surge in community cases, particularly within urban areas, is now raising concerns of a wider outbreak. “To have it appear now — more than 100 cases in 12 different countries with no obvious connection — means we have to figure out exactly what’s happening,” Seth Berkley, CEO of global vaccine alliance Gavi, told CNBC Monday. “The truth is we don’t know what that is and therefore how severe it’s going to be. But it’s likely that we’re going to see more cases,” he said. Though most cases of monkeypox are mild and typically resolve within two to four weeks, there is currently no proven vaccine. The smallpox vaccine has proven 85% effective in preventing infection, and some countries have already begun stockpiling doses. Berkley cautioned that the new outbreak, occurring even as the existing coronavirus pandemic is “not over yet,” was a warning to authorities to invest more resources into infectious diseases. He was speaking at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, where political and business leaders have gathered this week to discuss key global issues, including pandemic preparedness. “This is evolutionarily certain that we’re going to see more outbreaks,” he said. “That’s why pandemic preparedness is so important.   9. I love listening to inspirational audios or videos or reading inspirational books first thing in the morning each day. It sets a good tone of the day. And practicing gratitude as well. Self love is so key, and it is ok to use external sources to help you when you feel down, until you can give it to yourself ❤️
  10. I was going through the most difficult times in my life. I split with my partner of 11 years and my best friend died in a car accident around the same time. There was lots of other things that happened too but it’s too much too explain. Anyway I’ve not had an easy life and instead of healing I chose drink and drugs and toxic relationships throughout my life. I came close to suicide a lot in my life and had so many near death experiences. It got to a point where drink and drugs weren’t helping anymore and I’d lost everyone I cared about. I stopped drinking as much and sat with my feelings and thoughts and began to heal. I had a spiritual awakening for the first time ever in my life. My guardian angels and God which by the way I was never sure I truly believed in him but he spoke and said I had another chance in life to make my self better and other people. My spiritual awakening made me more caring, empathetic, loving and non judgmental. I saw through my third eye I’m a starsseed a lightworker I’m supposed to be here it’s my destiny to help others heal and set them on there own spiritual journey to find there own soul path. I’m now 11 days sober and feeling a lot more positive and calmer about life. I would love to help anyone that’s in need even just a friend or someone to vent to. Anything at all please don’t hesitate to contact me. I will never judge you or tell anyone your privacy remains with me. I’m reaching out as I know how I suffered on my own and I wished I had someone to reach out to myself at times.

  13. The central theme of week 7: Cultivating a regular practice infused with kindness and compassion "A human being is part of a whole, called by us "universe" a part limited in time and space. The delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty." Albert Einstein In this weeks' formal practice - the loving kindness meditation -, we include every living being in our good wishes. Everyone - including ourselves, people we have troubles with and people we will never meet. Some days this might be harder than others. Some days the main challenge might be to with well to ourselves when the waves of self-criticism and the all too popular "not good enough" or "who do you think you are" thoughts have power over us. Don't let them shame us, we all deserve well wishes. On other days it might be hard to feel warmth towards people we have troubles with. What works for me in those cases is a thought I heard first from Jack Kornfield. It goes something like this: "Wish for the people you have troubles with to be happy because if they would be truly happy, they'd be way easier to deal with." Please share your experiences with the practise here.

I used to meditate in break room for 15 minutes when negative customer “ post office Job usps did negative action against us. Taking out their negativity thankGOD I MEDITATED .
  16. Love in enlightenment is great no hate Judy love only disapointmet is when people treat people bad of animals dogs & cats etc you don’t get mad. Tenderness & disapointment of their karmic bad action but you still love their higher self inside part of GOD , so forgiveness comes with quiet tenderness which is part of absolute enlightenment yes hello yeah bro, & sister love is all there is in that. 4 or 5 th demension.
  17. I hope this reply finds you well. We are here on earth for a very spasific purpose. This is why you can't figure out whats next. The best thing to do is look deep within yourself and find that child like soul feeling, ya know that one in the chest that none of us wanted to let go? Well, turns out, we weren't supposed to! That feeling IS your soul, your higher self trying to direct you .. along with guardian angels. That feeling also shows up when we get to do things we long for. Right? Well, that's another thing we are missing ! We gave up our true desires because the world has made it almost impossible to do so. See what they are doing to us yet? They are literally taking over our minds and how we use them. (The world/society). All in all, I say, yes, you will need a job but find one that fits your family and finances, but if you really want to feel your soul again, feel and find your true purpose here, take all free time and work towards only having to do the thing you love. If that thing isnt enough for Financial comfort alone after making it happen, add other outlets that you can make income. not saying the road won't have misery, but the end result, well, let's just say, nothing compares!!!!!!!! .   18. There is a difference between insecurity and modesty and there is a difference between being too self-confident and showing off. I've been insecure for a long time and I don't see the advantage of it. It stops you from taking opportunities. If you are too self-confident, it will adjust by itself, because you will try something you are not capable to do and then you know better. But this way, you learn your limits and it is good to know your limits. But if you are talking about modesty, I totally aggree with you. Nobody likes a show-off.

  20. Love the name!!! I have just joined after researching about light workers & empaths. My mum told me years ago that I was a light worker and I just shrugged it off thinking she was being weird again 😆. I have also been called an Empath and a therapist once told me I had a lot of empathy!! Just been on an emotional rollercoaster after what we call March Madness or Mental March, as we have so many family birthdays that month but this month was particularly stressful as a couple of family members were having a hard time at high school and it triggered some past mini traumas in myself. I have been on a self improvement journey for many years now, mainly to build up my self confidence. However,I feel drawn to learning more about light workers after reading an article I could really relate too. What is a kundalini awakening (I need to research this myself) or what was your experience? This is the 3rd time I've heard these words this week, I'm now fascinated xx💓xx

  23. Thank you and a very Happy New Year to you too! Glad that you reached this forum, I am sure you will find various points of view, opinions and advice to get some clarity. In my opinion, you have to put yourself on priority, and make choices that suit you, if that means finding another job, or even changing jobs, do it, and feather your nest. The world would have you believe that that is a selfish and self centered thing to do, but if you don't put yourelf and your family first, who will?? If the job was enough and you were able to manage within it well and good, but since you yourself feel the lack, you have to reconsider your time commitment to them and make changes. Start applying for different jobs and put your wishes out in the universe, you never know what could turn up and this feeling or unrest is pushing you towards your destiny and a better way of life. Don't ignore it, do what you should and do what it takes to make the changes. Good luck, I am sure it will all work out for you!!

Hello there daisy, your post sounds as though i could have written it myself, i also am alone a lot but saying that it is by choice, my hobbies-interests are biofield tuning forks, colour light therapy, i love crystals, my pets, i try to help people feel better within themselves whenever i can, i only have a handful of people i call friends, i get them to have a foot spa bath -natural face masks, all feel good nurturing stuff, give them crystals, i don’t do social media facebook etc i like being my own private person, although i share feel good things with everyone if they show true interest, such as my tuning forks crystals colour light therapy, all self taught, i have rune stones, oracle cards-books, mostly based on moon phases, coz i have strong feelings towards the moon, i usually meet people who are in need of something when i walk when i’m living at the ocean, i feel empathy very strongly, so when i meet someone who is troubled i find they open up to me, i just speak positive happy things to them, and encourage them to feel good about themselves, then i share books if they are interested in borrowing, i meet at beach to walk with them if they want to, i sense when people are hurting or lonely, so i just say hello to them, then i find that i seem to see that person unexpected at shop or beach at different times of day when i decide to go for a walk or stop to have a drink, but alas i am not at the ocean at the moment but i am working to get back there as soon as possible coz this is where i feel my best and able to support others as well as myself, i feel as though i have come home whenever i live by the ocean, but my country friends and hubby don’t have the same feelings or love as i do for the sea,, so i’ve decided i will live at the seaside and visit every few wks for a week or two the small country town i now live in, i lived by the ocean most of my young life up until my 30’s, this just about sums up who i am, thank-you for letting me share,, i’m too old now to just live for not upsetting people by going to the ocean, so now i will make me happy, put myself first for a change even though i don’t want to upset others, but i feel my health suffers lots when i am away from the beautiful sea and all it’s moods,,, kind regards to all, k.
  25. There are many things you can do, and it's also pretty individual what works for you. Being here and posting this question in the forum is a first step on your journey ? I would suggest you check out our Academy where you find lots of great courses on self development. Perhaps you'd like the 21 day mindfulness challenge for example ? You can also read more about personal growth and self management in the Magazine, and I'm sure you'll get some more advice here from others who wants to share their own experiences. Remember to be gentle and patient with yourself, self love is so important and a big part of working on your personal growth. ?
