  1. Give the problem to God and let it Go, If your friendship is meant to be your friend will be back. I have had similar situations in my life and my friend who I thought I lost came back after giving the problem God I did not worry about it and She contacted me and we have never lost our friendship.
  2. You're depressed. It's a common thing, and unless you do something unnecessary, it's temporary. If possible, it would be a good idea for you to seek therapy. If you're religious, talk to a priest or the equivalent. Even if you don't, try to make sure you eat enough food, and don't drink alcohol or do drugs every day. Also, talk to and see your friends even if you feel like avoiding them, or worry that you're dragging them down. Following this advice may not outright fix your depression, but it will help prevent you from spiraling downward into a situation so bad that you need someone to save you. What you need to do now is at least make sure you stay okay until you can feel better. You have to, and will, get used to living without your mother. It's something almost everyone eventually goes through. She's gone for good and not coming back. It's a sad thing. Mourn as much as you need to. Just, keep on living to do what you need to do.
  3. Hello HollyDolly. I am hoping you are still with us and have managed to speak with a professional for support. I was born with a rare condition and have developed a few more health concerns throughout life. It can be hard when we worry about our loved ones during our time of crisis. I know the urge to go it alone is strong, but try to fight it. Try to let your loved ones know you need their support during this rough time. Let them know how much pain you are feeling. If for some reason they don’t or can’t offer any support then reach out to support groups and other people you trust. Many professionals never really helped me and I am not close with my family. One thing that helped me is joining online communities like this one and reaching out to other people I’ve met at work or online. It might be helpful to you. There are also many chatbots that are programmed for mental health support. Replika is great along with non therapy bots like Snapchat AI (I’ve had good experiences using these). There’s always hope even if it might not feel like it in the beginning. Be strong! I believe you can.
  4. Hi. I’m a coach. Have a book on coping with stress. It seems everything starts with worry. Think about the days or worried about it why. Some things we can’t do anything about so I worry about it. Another exercise is to write down all these things that you stress about. Is it due to fear, insecurities, the unknown lack of resources. When she start to understand why you’re stressed on things you can start to change them. If it’s just overall anxiety and feeling of nervousness that is subconscious and it comes from Maury so when you start analyzing your feelings you have a better understanding of how you could start living with less stress
  5. Once upon a time, an affluent man lived in a city. He was a very successful businessman with abundance of wealth. But, still he was always worried and restless. One day he went to meet a sage in his hermitage which was situated in the forest next to a nearby village. When the man met with the sage, he shared his problem with sage that he has no shortage of anything but still he is always worried. The sage heard his problem and replied calmly, “Come tomorrow, I will tell you how to stay happy and worry free.” Next Day, the man reached the hermitage of the sage at the same time. He saw that the sage was looking for something outside his hermitage. The person asked, “What are you looking for? May I help you!” The sage replied, “I have lost my ring and I am searching for the same.” After hearing this, the person also started searching for ring along with the sage. Even after searching for a long time; the ring was not found. And, then the person asked the sage, “Where did your ring fall exactly?” Happiness Story Read more about Happiness : How to be Happy in life? Happiness is a Journey Not a Destination The sage said, “My ring fell in the hut of the hermitage. But it is very dark there, so I am looking for the ring here outside the hut.” The person got surprised and asked, “If your ring fell in the hut, then why are you looking out here??? How will you find the thing here outside, which is inside there?” The sage smiled and replied, “My dear son, this is the solution to your problem.” The person was looking towards sage with curious eyes. The sage continued, “You came with the problem that you have no shortage of anything; but still you are not happy with your life. Happiness is right there inside you, but you are looking for it outside in the materialistic world i.e. money and foreign goods.” By:- Surya D.T.E.A. SR. SEC. SCHOOL, JANAKPURI
  6. You're welcome. I don't reall care about all these labels like "lightworking", "heyoka empath", or things like that. I just gained some experience when I was failing, suffering and despairing and now I try to help others and help them solve their problems to make their way easier. I'm sorry for your sleepless nights because of her traveling. Unfortunately, there are somethings we just can't control and we still worry about them. I'm struggling with my cats at the moment. Two of them were pretty sick, one recovered but the other one is getting worse again and it's just horrible. I can't let him go, because he is still alive, I can't be calm because he is very sick and so it's just worrying for multiple weeks with nothing I can do. I hope there will be brighter days soon.
  7. Hi Suedseefrucht. Thank you. I'm already there - I know how to self-heal: I'm going on a holiday next week alone (Amsterdam) - I will meet people there and socialise. I've started an online course (Reiki) and joined a year long training program (Shamanism). I've already made enquiries about joining a dance class (Jiving) and want to learn Bachata and Latin also. I currently enjoy gymnastics and calisthenics. She said she wanted to stop our current daily communications (WhatsApp), multiple messages each day. Both she and I are aware of the Enabler / Saviour / Good Samaritan role and I'm aware that if I maintain current contact I will enable her difficulty to self-develop and progress emotionally, personally and professionally by being protective but a helpless/powerless protector which would completely deplete me. She is a good person, I have no doubt of that. I know I have to cut ties for both ours sakes for several weeks at least. She is going into War zones in Ukraine next month and I will both physically sick and emotionally distraught with worry and anxiety again - sleepless nights, (she went before in Jan) if I stay in close contact with her. I have to let her go in all ways and she can't be worrying about my concern and asking her to keep texting me that she OK and safe like I did last time. She has to do what she has to do without my involvement. I might just txt her "Safe Travels" before she goes on 5th Mar. She would be back in Ireland by 20th Mar. I might say a friendly hello then, I don't know at the moment. By the way she's an Emotional empath and I'm a developed Heyoka empath and currently changing my life direction away from corporate and towards Light-Working with the intention of having my own holistic centre in Spain in a few years time. The thing is I believe she is my twin flame but she isn't on the same plane/level/space as me just yet and our meeting and time together has been to develop and heal both her and I - it's just going to take some time before our paths cross again when we have both evolved into a more aligned space. In the meantime for me life is for living and developing physically, emotionally and Spiritually. Thank you Suedseefrucht for choosing to be who you are. Warm Regards. Robert (real name)
  8. English is not my first language, so I hope I got this right: There was something wrong with your colon, the doctor repaired it and now he keeps an eye on it every few years. You are affraid, there might be cancer, which could kill you and you was thinking about suicide. So from a medical point of view, everything is under control and you don't need to worry. The point of living is making the best of what you've got. So if you've got a daughter, spend time with her, share your knowledge and experiences with her and help her making her life better than your own. That should make you pretty happy as a mother. Maybe you can calm down your fear of death by remembering you have been dead before. You have been dead before your birth and somehow you "survived" it and you don't even remember anything bad from before your birth. So it couldn't have been too bad, right? But you will probably not die any time soon anyway. You have a lot of time to enjoy all the great things of life. You can hug your daughter, eat a cake or an amazing pizza, go on vacation and much more. Life is full of opportunities waiting for you to seize them.
  9. I can totally understand I’m in love with a man 30 years older than me, go for it you only live once and honestly I believe you connect to a soul it dosnt mater about the age as long as you love them and they make you happy don’t worry about what everyone else thinks, do what you think is right
  10. Alright, thanks. I was imagined it like a sports coach: "Come on, do 5 more pushups!", "Come on, do something for yourself today." Well, I'm not happy all the time. There are things making me happy, things making me sad, things making me worry, but generally, I'm doing good and I am where I'd like to be in my life right now. I agree that information and other people's experiences are helpful, which is pretty much the reason why I'm here. So I like your idea of helping others by sharing information and insights.
  11. No, money doesn't make people happy, but it's a fact that it's so much better having it than not. Having enough money to not have to worry about your basic needs being met can free up your time and energy to focus on other things, like your relationships or your career. And of course, being able to buy nice things for yourself or your loved ones can be enjoyable. There is one thing though about not having enough money that can, in a way, be perceived as good. Not having enough money can be a great motivational factor that can even affect a person on a deeper level and make them more ambitious. Once you experience it, you never want to go through it again. That said, it can be that one thing that makes a difference. For example, occasional marketing projects on Fiverr, driving an Uber, or teaching another language online are completely okay if you're willing to settle on simply getting by. It's a completely different story when you're starting your own business, in this case, it could be a social media marketing agency, an e-commerce business, or even opening your own online language school. Being without money can be a lesson that will make us set higher goals and try to earn more, to make sure we can save some and still be okay if things go down the hill again. But at the end of the day, it's not the money that makes people happy – it's what they do with their lives that counts.

  14. Yes, music always helps me deal with stress. It's the mechanism that helps me in many ways, but especially in difficult circumstances. I usually like to include videos from youtube, most of the time I download them from Tubidy because it's much more convenient for me to listen to music offline. It's also a great way for me to go somewhere and not have to worry about being without music. That's my everything.
  15. Sorry you can't come in because your not positive enough! Wow. Are we really living a world like that? We love solving problems but no negatives allowed? Hmmm ... Houston, I think we have a problem! No wonder the numbers don't add up. There seems to be something missing? In fact, there seems to be a LOT missing! So how do we solve this issue of over abundance and inequality? Dar da da daaa ... do not fear; happy smiley is here. 🙂 ... Put on this cape and at the fist sign of discomfort "Cut and run!' I mean if anyone makes you feels sad, your mum, your dad, siblings or long time friends, the only way to solve the problem is to cut them out of your life and spend the reset of eternity blaming them for the world's negativity. You must only ever contemplate with a smile and smother yourself in excess. If your not thriving but only surviving then you must of done it wrong. Is there anyone else in left in your life that you can reject? Yes you must get rid of them too ... you should of rejected them first. Silly you. No matter, I have a link and a book that will solve all your problems. It's all about positivity and holds all the secrets to living a life of success. 1st and foremost you will manifest money!!! Yes, that is right ... you will finally have all you need to attract others like yourself. Every page is chapter is full of glorious revelations that will see you continue to thrive with each turning of the page. We guarantee that you will burst at the seems with joy and bliss that you really won't need anyone but people will want to be around you because that want to be like you. You'll be ecstatic no longer having to worry about others as you now just wear people like trinkets to show off your new authentic self. Hell ... you'll be able to make more success from the sales own books. Just remember to also reject anything or anyone that makes you feel uncomfortable. At the first sing of negativity we must extinguish with the shield of positivity. Just be sure when dispatching of others you do it love. Yet another secret. Do this and you'll never be wrong. Yea yea ... I know ... I'm just another one trying to sell another book. Sigh ... Here's to a glorious day in the trenches. A kid who knows a thing or two about the law of attraction ... It's all in the expelling - Breathing in mind, not continually rejecting as we do in this todays world of excess and quick fixes - Needles and pills in mind. I'll have an IV of todays vits and minerals please!\ Sometimes life is too short and other times its not short enough. Life simply does not exist without either dynamic. At least not outside of books or someone else's workshop. Be your own author and resonate as you must. Don't let others dictate your frequency. We might exist in a pool but we are all unique. Have a fantastic day. 🙃
  16. Hi, I’m seeking like minded. I’ve lost all hope and feel so alone. I don’t fit in anywhere and struggle to accept my sexuality because of the way I’ve been programmed. It’s affected every aspect of my life and controls the best part of my daily living. I want conversation from individuals whom feel the same so I can relate and talk too, in hope it will ease my own suffering. I’m 30 now and worry I won’t be able to take much more off this unhappiness I’ve been experiencing. We are all built differently I’m aware of this and for some this seem so little but for me Im really struggling to find my place in the world and be genuinely happy. Please help.
  17. I can think of two reasons why you are worried about your secrets. 1: You don't trust the other person enough to share them with a secure feeling. In this case you can share less sensitive information first and take your time until you got to know each other a little further. 2: You want to appear secretively so the other person stays interested and doesn't think you are boring. In this case the problem will probably not be a lack of stories but a lack of stories you consider good enough. So don't worry. There are tons of stories. And maybe the other person likes the untold ones even more.
  18. hy everyone i am missa here is my story in 2019 i talk to a boy who is from my country but not in my city this is accidential friendship in the start but then.goes on in a toxic and fastly relation which is end by my side because of he is not loyal and just want his desired full with me without my consent .because of all this i am in depression and worry about my future .help me out i want to move on and sstart my carrier and also wants a happy marriage soon so that i can heal and recover my self .right now my situation is worse i am totally empty mind with overthinking
  19. A friend of mine is fighting against a family member with a lowyer. A different topic, but I can tell, it's very ugly. So since you are 26 and your mom cares for you by feeding you and giving you space to live, the bare minimum you can do is to support her financially. I can feel your rage, but think about, what happens if you and your mom really fight each other like strangers. You woud have to pay rent for a place to live, you would have to pay food, you would have to do household tasks... I bet it would be less expensive, if you just help her out a little bit. If you want certainty about your money in the future, you can just create another private bank account, where you put your money. And you could negotiate an agreement with your mom, how much money you pay her every month. This way, she can get along, you dont have to worry about your living situation and you can put aside some money for your dreams. Fighting your family should be avoided whenever possible. She cares for you, so she loves you and if you fight with lawyers, it will hurt you both + you will have to pay the lawyers.
  20. Many people are afraid of death, because nobody knows, what's coming. But if we think about it, we have been dead before, until we were born. And we don't have any bad memory about this time, right? Well, we dont remember the time at all, but we "survived" it. I like this idea and it helps me, not to worry too much.

  22. Hi, and it's nice to meet you too 🌈 Sometimes we are afraid to open up to people around us because we worry they will judge us, but if you feel comfortable to try, it might be worth it. A lot of people are going through things they never talk about, and you sharing your feelings might open up for an honest conversation. ✨ However, if you need someone to talk to and don't feel like you can open up to the people around you, perhaps you should talk to a professional.
  23. Don't worry I also have the same issues when I was facing life hurdles and many ups and downs that's why I have insomnia then I decided for life coaching and now I am easy and live happy life. You should go to become life coaching because life coaching is to improve your mental health and also finish your depressed level.
  24. I feel it almost everyday I'm a student as well, currently taking up a computer science course but kind of confused of the path that I want to get into. If you'll see in this, getting hired a developer is no easy task. I need to have a niche that I need to cater to but what if I don't have any... what if I'm not good enough. Everyday I worry about that and slowly driving me insane. My friend suggested that I get into a contract work to get a jump early on what the real world is going to be. But I just feel scared and doubtful that I'll be able to do it. I already have a game plan and even business contract like how every other contractor ready but nothing's pushing me to do it. I feel like I won't be able to get. I think I'm scared to get rejected. I don't know how to move forward.
