  1. My first time at the barcelona yoga conference and it was an amazing experience. So many amazing attendees from all over the world, famous teachers, good food and great music. I was touched by some of the teachers Patrick Broome, had good laughter in David Lurey’s class, got challenged by Dario Calvaruso, experienced new sensations with Juan Dong and flew away with Shiva Rea. Luckily I didn’t plan to attend many classes and I was asking myself how others could keep up with the amount of classes and different styles? Also sometimes it was hard for me to choose to which to go. Sometimes I just choose it by a preferred location. What was your favourite?
  2. I am also going and looking forward to it! I've become quite into yoga during the last year and would love to learn and experience more. I am thinking of doing a teacher's training also. Any tips and advice you can share regarding this? Let's meet at the conference and discuss! :)
  3. I saw so many posts about yoga in the forum, but I don't how to do it. Can someone tell me how I start? Is it good for my body? What can I learn?
  4. Since I stopped drinking alcohol, mornings have become my favourite part of my day! I try to wake up before 8am, get in 15-20 minutes of yoga, a short guided meditation, and then a drink of lemon juice, apple cider vinegar and water, which I sip on while I journal out my thoughts - something called Morning Pages. It's a wonderful little tool to clear your head and start your day fresh! Once I've done all that, I do a quick dry brushing session before taking a hot shower :)
  5. What does yoga do for you? For some it's a workout, for others it is more than just that. What is it for you?
  6. It's a tough one! But I try to not drown in the "down", if you know what I mean and focus on things that make me feel good. It especially helps being outside in the fresh air, or a yoga class!
