  2. I am a beginner and have started meditation and the search for inner peace, balance and happiness a little more than a month ago. I am hoping to find in this forum knowledge from people who have more experience in this subject than me and to share and better understand the forms I am using now. I have been using youtube as I have found many videos there, but that is also the problem, there are to many different ones. I am thinking of purchasing meditation music, but would like would like some insight from someone who knows this better before I continue. Any advice or feedback would be appreciated. Recommendations or links to better resources than youtube would help a lot. Thank you and have a blessed day.
  3. Our event system isn't yet able to handle online events, but we are working on it. Until then, I'd use the forum to collect some ideas for those who are looking for ideas. Then again if this is the time for you to slow down, recharge and watch series or play world of warcraft, that's ok too. Be honest with yourself - push yourself a little, but also be gentle. It depends on what you need right now. This is not a competition about who has the most to show during this time but who used it best - and "best" is only defined by you! In those ways one of the most common and famous way is to get the relaxation is to take the nicotine in different form, like air bar diamond 500 puff and many other products of vapes.   6. Hi. I’m a coach. Have a book on coping with stress. It seems everything starts with worry. Think about the days or worried about it why. Some things we can’t do anything about so I worry about it. Another exercise is to write down all these things that you stress about. Is it due to fear, insecurities, the unknown lack of resources. When she start to understand why you’re stressed on things you can start to change them. If it’s just overall anxiety and feeling of nervousness that is subconscious and it comes from Maury so when you start analyzing your feelings you have a better understanding of how you could start living with less stress

But I have noticed the last couple years I think I believe i'm going to a spiritual lake any I believe I possibly could be a light worker. I went through a lot Within the last five years my mother passed away my father moved out of state end I got back with my ex after fifteen years and didn't work bad break up In the lot of friends and family members Passing Plus I have emotional Childhood Trauma And abuse. I've always liked helping people then had I've always had a very Generous caring Heart Because of that i've gotten took an advantage of in hurt a lot Specially The last two years i've just had this need in this poll to help people more In I just feel have a sense Feeling of I'm something bigger Like it's hard to explain bear with me like there has to be more to life than this like i'm a fairy or the angel or something like that l o l but I started doing research and I came across light worker And makes a lot of sense law this symptoms all my life and recently dramatic experience means plus I had a suicide attempt a few years ago And I handed go to the I c u and the mental hospital for like a week I don't know if almost dying Awakened something inside me Maybe I've been teen shadows and things out of my prefer real vision I can feel When somebody don't like me or somebody's Angry or upset Like a quick example my best friend's Now ex-boyfriend at the time she was in her room and I was in the living room and I didn't hear the door open and he came inside the room and I had my back to him did not see him but I felt this pushing angry energy behind me Like that feeling of somebody watching you but it was pressure pushing rushing energy with angriness and I turned around and I was like wow okay I explained it because he does not like me at He knew I knew him for what in seeing him for what he was Narcissistic abuser An asshole I can you put my hands above crystals and above objects and I can feel the energy sad or mad or good I've been seeing numbers Repeating Double triple numbers of one's and twos Just when I glanced at the time when I look at a receipt like the other day I got a pop a little debbie and my balance was $333 Just stuff like that that mainly I just wanna know what I am an what do I do in how do What's my spiritual path Just what all I can do to enhance or help Myself and another people And venture out and explore and travel When I have more time And have the resources and money to. So basically I was just wondering anybody can relate to this and maybe give me some advice or just information Understanding Of what is going on or what I am or am in sight please thank you

  14. Hi all, thanks for your support. A quick update on my journey as a meditation beginner. I started guided meditation using creative visualisation and manifesting techniques and the result is scary. I wasn't expecting instant results and I am manifesting new abundance in my life, health, work, business, home, relationships, friendships and finances. I am using some free audio resources at Guided Meditation & Hypnosis. Anyone can manifest their own abundance through meditation using the creative visualisation and manifesting methods. CDC | Getty Images Belgium has become the first country to introduce a mandatory 21-day quarantine for monkeypox patients as cases of the disease — typically endemic to Africa — spread across the globe. Health authorities in Belgium introduced the measures Friday after the country reported its third case of the virus. As of Monday, the country has recorded four local cases; confirmed global infections currently number around 100. Belgium’s compulsory measures apply only to patients with a confirmed infection. Close contacts are not required to self-isolate but are encouraged to remain vigilant, especially if in contact with vulnerable people. “Infected persons will have to go into contact isolation until the injuries have healed (they will receive concrete instructions about this from the treating doctor),” a version of the government announcement translated from Dutch said. The UK meanwhile has said those who have a high risk of catching the disease should self-isolate for 21 days. That includes household contacts or medical professionals who may have come into contact with an infected patient. What is monkeypox? Monkeypox is a rare disease caused by the monkeypox virus — part of the smallpox family — with symptoms including rashes, fever, headaches, muscle ache, swelling and backpain. Though typically less severe than smallpox, health experts are growing concerned about the genesis of a recent outbreak, starting in early May, in countries beyond Central and West Africa. Health authorities, including the US Centers for Disease Control and infection and the UK’s Health Security Agency, said they have noted a particular concentration of cases among men who have sex with men, and urged gay and bisexual men in particular to be aware of any unusual rashes or lesions. As of Saturday, the World Health Organization reported there were 92 cases in 12 countries, and a further 28 suspected cases under investigation. The US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Belgium, Portugal and Netherlands have all confirmed cases. More monkeypox cases likely The recent surge in community cases, particularly within urban areas, is now raising concerns of a wider outbreak. “To have it appear now — more than 100 cases in 12 different countries with no obvious connection — means we have to figure out exactly what’s happening,” Seth Berkley, CEO of global vaccine alliance Gavi, told CNBC Monday. “The truth is we don’t know what that is and therefore how severe it’s going to be. But it’s likely that we’re going to see more cases,” he said. Though most cases of monkeypox are mild and typically resolve within two to four weeks, there is currently no proven vaccine. The smallpox vaccine has proven 85% effective in preventing infection, and some countries have already begun stockpiling doses. Berkley cautioned that the new outbreak, occurring even as the existing coronavirus pandemic is “not over yet,” was a warning to authorities to invest more resources into infectious diseases. He was speaking at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, where political and business leaders have gathered this week to discuss key global issues, including pandemic preparedness. “This is evolutionarily certain that we’re going to see more outbreaks,” he said. “That’s why pandemic preparedness is so important. The true leader of the nation has become the head of state and steadily directs the activities of all state institutions to ensure the most important national interests - protection, welfare, and free, comfortable life of the people living in this country. So, suppose a simple political leader directs his actions and plans for a short period. In that case, the national leader sees in the format of decades, determining the most optimal directions for the development of his country in the long term. A true leader does not risk his country's resources and uses modern ways to predict the development of economic situation and bad methods.

I like this quote here : We, as allies, should be looking inward to address our own privileges. We should be absorbing resources shared by the BIPOC community and undertaking our own research.   21. I did a lot of home workouts during lockdown, and there is a ton of resources online that are completely free. Both on YouTube and Instagram for example, you'll be able to find people who upload all kinds of follow along workouts that can be done at home. Hope you find something you enjoy!
  22. Hi Veronica. Two years ago I was "stricken" - literally woke up one day - in incredible pain. Eventually I was diagnosed w/Rheumatoid Arthritis. About a year ago someone gave me the book "Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself" by Dr. Joe Dispenza. It challenged everything I was taught or thought I knew about myself and the people around me. I also joined a group @Curablehealth.com. It's a group that approaches health issues & chronic pain from a different angle, the mind body connection. There are people from around the globe discussing health issues and the resources I find there has helped w/my journey, which is ongoing. The support is amazing. I have learned so much about myself. I don't know anything about your health situation but just wanted to chime in on some things that have helped me. Help is such a small word. These resources have literally changed my life.
  23. Im Nisha, I have been part of this forum for a while but never posted. I have just completed my Global Certificate in Happiness Coaching and I thought perfect time to get active on this group. I am an International education consultant, I love travelling and Education so its perfect fit. I also trained in Mindfulness and Happiness ... another of my callings I guess. I feel i am happy and content and love mingling with people all over the world. We have such a rich resources that we should share. Love to chat and let's spread a bit of happiness in this world!

  25. Cloth bag is okay as a medicine but cure of this problem is every one has to take a pledge, will use minimum resources. If everyone consumes according to his requirement not wish and will then only we can conserve this planet
