I'd love to get your best advice to create a new habit.
Whether it's working out, meditating regularly, or just getting those 10.000 steps in every day (sigh), what are your best tips to making it a habit? 

I've heard it takes 21 days for your body to realize a new habit or routine, but I guess the brain can sometimes be working against you 😅
