Hey just be yourself try maintaining a gratitude journal and just write 3 things which you are grateful for that volunteer even be a cup of coffee u had in the morning life is easy don't complicate😇

Yeah @soulful just to to miss memotalks aka. Momina maheen she is a pshycology therapist and help you out from this situation and i know saying all this things is easy but soulful you have to be very strong in your rough phases you have to be very clam and enjoy each and every moment and escape all your sad part and try to convince yourself because no one comes when you required them most . â˜ș
