Tips to over come your Disturbance

I used to do morning pages nearly every day, where I spend time in the morning just writing whatever needs to be released. I found it to be a great tool to help keep the mind calm and release all those emotions and thoughts that need releasing. I felt a lot calmer on the days I did it. I think journaling in itself is a great way to release emotions and funky energy. Since I don't really have anyone to talk to about how I feel, or what I'm going through, I began to really love my journaling. I haven't done it in a good while though, so thank you both for the reminder. :)
