Not being able to enjoy my moments

I have been having lonely moments and empty moments of unhappiness. I cannot seem to find happiness anymore especially when l am alone.

I feel empty and vulnurable.

I feel the same. I am a recent widower and am more or less alone and it's hard. I go outdoors and strangers are better. I do a lot of riding and exercise when I am in the mood

I sometimes felt this way back when I was single. Not only because I missed people but also because I missed things I used to do with people.

It helped, when I focussed on caring about myself. I went to the cinema, I took the time to cook nice meals just for myself.

It also helped to visit my parents.
