I am New Here

Hi everyone,

 

I am new to this group. My name is David. I am married and a father to three teenagers. I joined this site to meet new people. My hobbies are reading (philosophy), working out, and exercising, especially running and swimming. My dream has been to swim the English Channel. I realize that is a tall order, but my goal is to be in well enough physical condition to be able to do it. 

I also practice meditation and positive affirmations daily. I hope to meet new people here.
