Every meal, every day.  Vegan for almost 7 years.  Like so many others, my only regret is not waking up sooner.

Started raw veganism. Any raw vegans here? ?

Not 100 percent vegan, but almost there, no meat for quite some time, and coming from a bodybuilding competitor background I'm paying close attention from observing changes in my body machanics to nutrient and vitamin shortfalls. My energy level has never been better, skin hair etc are just loving the antioxidant surge! So I'm more than happy to walk by the meat section and spend time under the rainbow of whole natural and plant based food. ??.
