Im launching a 21 Day Happiness Challenge! 21 Days to change a habit. Everyday over the 21 days you will receive a challenge that you can do and share your thoughts with the others who are doing the challenge. It will be run through WhatsApp. The 21 Day Happiness Challenge will conclude with 90 minute workshop which will be fun and interactive.
