Virtual Sangha: Weekly Guided Mindfulness Meditation

We meet for an hour via Zoom.
The first 5 - 10 minutes are a quick introduction to the meditation, followed by 30 min of guided meditation. The remaining time we'll have an open sharing and reflection circle.
We will do mindfulness meditations used in MBSR. For example:
When you sign up here for the meditation I will send you a zoom link where you can then join the meditation.
The time is Berlin time - but I am open to offer it at different times making it more accessible from different timezones if the demand is there.
