I need your advice on how best to relax after a hard day at work.

I would recommend scented candles. Scents like vanilla and lavender have a very calming effect. You can light a candle for an hour every day and think only about positive things, it will help you a lot and the smell of the candle will relax you even more. I have been lighting a candle in the evening after a warm bath for a year now, and that helps me a lot to get rid of stress.

to relax your mind , just sleep and close your eyes.

Focus on your breath.

Don't think about anything

For more, you can listen to your favorite song. Alternatively, you can also listen to guided meditations which also help to relax your mind.
