Happy, positive and motivated people make a huge difference.

I notice this especially in employees in restaurants, shops and stores.

As a customer, sometimes you have to look for employees and fight to get what you want.

But sometimes, there is a great employee happy to help you and places with people like these will always be my favorite.

We are constantly allotted opportunities to be the best version of ourselves. The percentage of us who take advantage of those opportunities is miniscule. It doesn't take much to being the scale tip.
