This is so true - there's no 1 way fits all road to health but it's a personal and continuous exploration of what works for you in certain times of your life. I had to question everything I knew about my mind and body once the menopause started.

What is healthy? I'd say any food that nourishes your body without increasing risk of ill-health. Junk food, high carbs / sugar etc. tends to cause sluggishness and can affect mood.

Vegetables, salads, fish, chicken, some red meat, all good for the mood and the heart, and other organs.

Wheat is healthy for one person may or may not be health for another. Find what works for YOU!

One thing most of us could agree on, is the less processed foods in your diet, the better off we are. What a shame they are convenient and tasty though.
