Your happy place

Sometimes you don't even realize where it is, but if you think about it there might be a place where you always feel happy, relaxed, and completely at ease.

Do you have a special happy place where you instantly feel totally calm and happy?

Mine is when I go back to my family home! I always feel totally relaxed there and can actually fell my body slowing down (well, the fact that it is in the countryside probably helps!) Well, they do say home is where the heart it. :)

Mine is my prayer room in my home. I conduct prayers once a day, typically its a 20 minutes ritual however on special occasions and can elaborate to 1.5 hours. There is always a sense of happiness when I am traveling to remote locations that are quiet and away from the busy cities. These are all temporary can't be on holiday, forever, can we?

Mine is down by the water. I find it peaceful to simply sit and watch the water. Sometime I will listen to quiet relaxing music and other times I will just sit and be in the moment.
