Exploring new countries to live

Hi all. I've lived in Dublin, London and Sydney and now living in Wexford in Ireland but now exploring other places to live that are a little cheaper, warmer but must be more culturally diverse and have beautiful nature. Any ideas? Id prefer to stay in Europe because easier to get home but any thoughts?
