Do you have a gratitude practice?

I've been reading lots about this lately too. I do morning pages every morning and just recently started adding 3-6 things I am grateful for on that day, or what I was grateful for the day before. It's quite a powerful practice. The hard part I guess is keeping at it. But then again, if you just look around, you realise very quickly that there literally is SO much to be grateful for.
