I think, I don't do these things in the expected way...
I don't sit down, cross my legs and say "Om".

I just take my time to think. When I take a walk, when I am going by bus, when I am waiting for a hairdresser appointment, when I'm just sitting on the couch doing nothing, I think. And I'm thinking about my next ToDos, I think about things I didn't plan yet and when I thought about all these things that accumulated in my head, my mind is free for new creative thoughts again.

Hello, Reinhard!

What free meditation app are you using? I use Sadhguru app and its free. I don't know a lot of free meditation apps, usually paid.

Hey Reinhard, I've started with meditation recently as well. There is this free e-book, which is very comprehensive about breading techniques. I found it very helpful, as I improved my breath-holding from 40 sec to over 3 mins! Moreover, it was written by the former freediving world record holder Stig Severinsen. I hope it'll help!
