Dealing with living in America as a woman of color

I survived the Artic blast that hit my region of the world. This was horrific and went to Kroger store to get supplies and had to wait outside they were only letting ten people in at a time. I went to get water and there was none on the shelves. Another store did this after Hurricane Harvey what are the managers of these stores thinking making people wait at such a critical time.

Thank you for sharing your experiences ?  I can't even imagine going through those types disasters and then dealing with the aftermath of there not being enough water in the store!
