Believe in your potential and in yourself. Look towards working on your capabilities and have gratitude for things you have in life. Rejection or acceptance is a part of life, it should not affect you or your state of life.

Rejection can be observed as simple as compatible energy. The two energies are not cohesive. When rejected we tend to absorb the others negative energy and make it our own. Staying in the present moment vs the past and the future, helps ground us that we may observe the process and not allow anger, disappointment and fear to lead our thoughts.

These are wise words. Rejection hurts. But in the long run we have a choice - we can let it go or we can hold onto it and by that we keep hurting ourselves again and again.
