I wasnt reflecting here so i thought it would be good to share with others. im writing my experiences in the forum and love reading all your experiences as well. Members Ne**** Posted December 21, 2020 Members Posted December 21, 2020 I really find this week that it can be a very different experience when you sit down to a conversation with the sole intention of listening. I found that its a bit like the meditation, your mind can wander and you need to catch yourself and bring your mind back to listening mode. I'm guessing this will improve with practice similarly to the meditations.

It opens my heart to love more fully with compassion. Mastering my time to create Safe Space for myself, has opened more more time to create Safe Space for others. The communication has improved.
