Who doesn't want to gain control over their mind? So the mind doesn't control you.
Our recovery yoga is inspired by the 12 steps of recovery, typically we hear this in relation to people that are recovering from drug and/or alcohol addictions.
But in recovery yoga you don't have to be recovering ONLY from drugs or alcohol. If you would like to try something new to get motivated, find inspiration, or you just want to be able to take a FREE yoga class, c'mon then!!!
We all have our "addictions" and maybe not so good habits. In these class you'll learn how to be present and in your body through opening up the body through asana practices combined with breathing to get those feel good chemicals going! When we FEEL good we're much more open to changing our behaviors and old ways of thinking. There is no fee for this class, we just ask for a donation if possible. If not, just come anyway!!
