Sala Aditi opened its doors in 1992, as a school that aspires to create awareness through different disciplines, managed by a team of professionals with extensive experience in their field. Aditi is the name of an Indian goddess and means ""the one that dissipates the darkness"".
Sala Aditi is located in Barcelona's Old Town in a historic building from 1864. Completely renovated, on the fourth floor with elevator, Sala Aditi offers two rooms for group or individual sessions.
At Sala Aditi, one can expect to find classes of Hatha, Ashtanga, dynamic and vinyasa yoga, yoga for pregnancy, pilates, family constellations, voice workshops, emotional postural rehabilitation, and alternative therapies. The teachers at Sala Aditi promotes physical and mental wellbeing in their yoga practices through movement and exercises coordinated with breathing.
