The Mindfulness Centre of Barcelona is a meeting place with inner calm, self-knowledge and self-care, accompanied by experienced teachers and the support of a group practice.
The Mindfulness Centre of Barcelona offers an open space to everyone wishing to deepen and share in a group the practice of mindfulness and compassion, as well as other complementary forms of meditation, yoga and psychotherapy. From its Buddhist sources, mindfulness today adopts a secular and modern vision, oriented towards the same purposes of attention and relief of psychological distress, as well as the development of human potential.
Ferran Mestanza is an accredited Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher who founded the Mindfulness Centre of Barcelona. On Mondays at 11:00, the Mindfulness Centre of Barcelona offers a 90-minute Vinyasa yoga class for beginners. On Tuesday evenings at the Mindfulness Centre of Barcelona, there's a secular meditation at 19:30 with teacher Berta Turné, who is a therapist and professor of secular meditation. Wednesdays at 18:00, one can join a Vinyasa yoga level 2 class and at 19:30, there's a mindfulness group meditation with Ferran Mestanza. Every Sunday morning there is a secular dharma meditation from 10 am.
