Gerard Arlandes Centre
The Gerard Arlandes Centre is a Taoist centre born in Barcelona in 2011. It is a place for ""joyful recollection, optimistic reunion and gathering of physical, mental and spiritual forces."" The Gerard Arlandes Centre is the ideal space to recover serenity, silence, calmness, spirit, tone, harmony and inner strength.
Gerard Arlandes is a philosopher and body technique advisor, among other things, and specialises in Qi Gong, Taichi, self-massage, respiratory techniques and conscious movement through dance. He is the director of the Gerard Arlandes Centre with Sybille Karsch, Shiatsu masseuse and teacher of Taichi and Chikung. At the Gerard Arlandes Centre, all techniques that help the human being is essential.
The teachers at the Gerard Arlandes Centre are knowledgable, experienced and empathic towards the student. All communication is based on humour, kindness, patience and love.
At the Gerard Arlandes Centre, one can find meditation and relaxation workshops, contemporary Chikung, Taichi and Shiatsu massages, sleep reconciliation using the Sounder Sleep System, and coaching. The Taoist meditation workshops are aimed at those who wish to learn meditation and contemporary Chikung. Taoist meditation follows nature and the rhythm of the seasons, which is based on sitting and doing nothing, and in this way, leaving nothing to do.

Taichi - 12:00 to 13:00 / 16:25 to 17:25
Chikung - 17:30 to 18:30 / 18:35 to 19:35
Thursday:
Chikung - 10:00 to 11:00 / 16:00 to 17:00
The cost is €17 per class, or purchase a Gerard Arlandes Centre monthly membership for €45. The unemployed, under 25 and students pay €40 for a monthly membership.
Shiatsu massages are available with Sybille at agreed times and provide wellbeing, relaxation, mobility and vitality.
The Gerard Arlandes Centre offers opening hours to the public on Thursday afternoons from 16:00 to 20:00, except holidays. For more info, please visit their website
