Helo! I santosh singh Bora,

I'm from Nainital, India. I am a Chef, and teaching in a Hotel Management

Institute since 9 years. I am very adventures doing, cycling, hiking, swimming, training, fishing, nature photography etc. I like my work of cooking and teaching my subject, and I do all of my tasks passionately.

Organic Food

Organic food is any food product that is produced within the standards of organic farming regulations. The codes that relate to organically produced food vary in different parts of the world, but they have the same aim. One of the key factors in organic food is the restricted use of artificial fertilisers and pesticides, for instance. In fact, in many countries, it must be produced without either of these two materials at all. In addition, certain processes like irradiation tend to be banned. As well as what is not allowed in organic farming, certain practices are commonly encouraged. This includes promoting biodiversity, wildlife management and recycling farm resources, among other measures.

Raw Food

At its simplest, raw food is any sort of edible material that has been uncooked in any way. Of course, cooking may mean a variety of things when it comes to raw food, not simply heating food so that it breaks down somewhat. As such, for food to be considered raw, it should not have been processed in any meaningful way. Cured foods or those that have been tenderised are usually not considered to be fully raw, for example. At its simplest, the concept of raw foodism – the dietary practice of only consuming unprocessed and uncooked foods – means eating things in their most natural state. The idea is that this is closest to man's relationship with the natural world before human beings were able to harness fire to begin cooking their food.

Food for Diabetics

As a condition, there are two main types of diabetes where high blood sugar can cause chronic problems such as heart disease, nerve damage and foot ulcers. Type 1 occurs when the body does not make sufficient insulin, whereas type 2 occurs when the insulin that is created does not work as it should. In fact, there is a third form which affects some pregnant women, but dietary advice for this category of people should be always be sought from a medical professional. Overall, food for diabetics means keeping on top of sugar intake and reducing obesity since having too much fat helps the body to regulate its blood glucose levels naturally without so much reliance on insulin.
