Each class consists of a combination of yoga and stretching, martial arts, Qi Gong and meditation.
Each class requires a contribution of €3, or one can become a member of the Bori Zen Center. The membership fee is €25 per month, which includes daily practice, discounts for pensioners, and activities and stays at the Zen Kwan School. By becoming a Bori Zen Center member, one automatically becomes a Kwan Um School of Zen member also.
